I actually think Leave the Door Open will win both. I don’t even think Olivia is top 2 either, Therefore I Am is 2nd.

Carey Mulligan will get her revenge on May 16 at the MTV Movie & TV awards

HER has already gotten 6 GF nomination in the last 3 years. So if she gets another one that will be her 7th.

Oops, yea I meant to say her 4th consecutive year being nominated. I worded it wrongly.

AOTY - An Evening With Silk Sonic
    ROTY - Levitating
SOTY - Leave The Door Open
    BPSP - We're Good
    BPD/GP - Levitating
Best Music Video - We're Good
Best Music Film - Studio 2054

“drivers license” is likely going home with nothing.

Bruno is such a darling (and Anderson is one in Rap & R&B). Then there’s Billie being Billie. Even if “Therefore I Am” is her submission, I am still pretty sure she will be extremely competitive to win GF. And if her album release single is a hit and submitted? They better start engraving her name on the award now.

It would take BOTH of those Grammy darling being snubbed for Olivia to win.

Get real!  “Leave the Door Open” is NOT the frontrunner in Record of the Year and/or Song of the Year.

K-Media doubles down on BTS releasing end of May,  probably the 21st in time for the BBMAs. They also leaked that they will be on the cover of Rolling Stone for June! Still haven’t confirmed if it’s in English or not!

Leave the Door Open has solidified its general field nominations. I’m still not 100% sure it’ll win ROTY but it’s chances are STONG. Silk Sonic has already in my eyes swept the R&B field.

Olivia is giving me Paula Cole vibes, I can see her getting noms in BPVA, BPSP, ROTY, SOTY and BNA.. and losing them all except BNA!

IMO Ariana will also be leaving empty handed!

Leave the Door Open kinda on lock for ROTY but it can miss SOTY. Driver’s License most likely get nominated for both ROTY/SOTY. It’s getting harder and harder to predict GF, BRP are so unpredictable at this point. They can block the most successful song of the year and insert the most unexpected one.

My prediction based on releases so far :

    AOTY :
    Starting Over – Chris Stapleton
    Untitled (Rise) – SAULT
Medicine at Midnight – Foo Fighter
Good News – Megan Thee Stallion

    ROTY :
“Leave The Door Open” – Silk Sonic
    “Drivers License” – Olivia Rodrigo
    “Good Days” – SZA
    Any submission by SAULT

    SOTY :
“Leave The Door Open” – Silk Sonic
    “Drivers License” – Olivia Rodrigo
“White Dress” – Lana Del Rey

    BNA :
    Olivia Rodrigo
    Arlo Parks
    SAULT
    BROCKHAMPTON
    Beabadoobee
    Flo Milli

    For you consideration :

Album of the year : evermore
Record of the year : willow
Song of the year : willow
Best pop vocal album : evermore
Best pop solo performance : willow
Best pop duo/group performance : no body no crime (feat. HAIM)

    – Taylor most likely will get nothing in GF, heck she doesn’t even care to promote it and folklore’s AOTY winning makes it even harder

    – Both WAP and Montero are so controversial, I’m not sure they will get in ROTY/SOTY.

    – Megan’s hype kinda fading and Good News also quite frontloaded. Might switch Megan with Cardi if the latter drops her album.

    – Bieber “Peaches” can be a contender for ROTY meanwhile Ariana “POV” for SOTY. None of them will get AOTY nomination

    – SAULT can get nominated by merit or directly become BRP’s choice.

    For you consideration :

Album of the year : evermore
Record of the year : willow
Song of the year : willow
Best pop vocal album : evermore
Best pop solo performance : willow
Best pop duo/group performance : no body no crime (feat. HAIM)
