Why is olivia getting critical acclaim and they never did? People are also saying she sounds like Avril like it’s a good thing.

Because critics now are little more ‘forgiving’ or generous in giving reviews compared to a couple years ago. (specially in pop albums) Critics would’ve never gave “Future Nostalgia” an 88 back in the 2010s.

Do we think Kacey will keep her album in country? Also I’m assuming it might be a fall release at this point unless the announcement happens soonish?

Well, with all this Daddy’s Home hype, there goes Chemtrails AOTY chances. Antonoff won’t receive two AOTY nods in a single year.

Out of all years, I really feel like this could be the year Antonoff receives more than one. Right now, we have Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, and St. Vincent.

If Lorde ends up releasing her album and if Lana does release Blue Banisters and it ends up being better than Chemtrails, Jack definitely has some kind of chance.

If St. Vincent didn’t get a nomination with the Blue Ribbon pannel I doubt she will get it this time.

He’s definitely hungry for that Producer of the Year, Non-Classical.

Get real!  Daddy’s Home is NOT happening in Album of the Year.  It needs a committee.  Plus, the album will be completely forgotten by September.

I believe Chemtrails still has a chance in Pop Vocal Album. There hasn’t been that very strong pop album this season yet.

If she wants to submit to Pop Solo, I suggest “White Dress.”

Honey; even though it will NOT happen, J. Cole deserves an Album of the Year nomination.

SOUR and Happier than Ever are coming for Pop. I have been really enjoying the new Olivia track, the verse is still very lorde-sque I think. It feels like teenage angst but very polished, if it makes sense.

On the other hand, I have listened to the new Katy Perry track. No comment.

why should Lana submit a non-single to Pop Solo? She’s gonna submit the title track but it’s not going to be nominated.

Because it’s, in my opinion, her strongest performance on the album.

Omg J Cole did huge numbers. He did better than Drake’s ep…I fear a 400k debut or higher. If critics are on his side this time he has good Grammy chances.
