Olivia Rodriguez and most definitely Silk Sonic will not be shut out. That prediction is beyond delusional at this point.

Olivia scored 2 #1 hits, 4 Top 10 hits and a #1 album as a new artist and dominated a very dry and empty music landscape for a good portion of the year. Plus she currently sits at #1 on Apple Music.

Silk Sonic scored a #1 hit with their first single and are comprised of two Grammy favorites.

The Weeknd being snubbed had everything to do with behind-the-scenes politics, plus a dash of his promotive imagery of drugs and violence. Olivia & Silk Sonic are much more “Grammy friendly” and have zero chance of being completely snubbed of nominations.

Olivia being shut out of BNA sounds too much. Plus she’s white passing making indie pop music. The Grammys love that, especially with Billie’s and Lorde’s wins and nominations.

the “blinding lights” snub for ROTY is the biggest  joke of the century
