    Watch billie win aoty

I’ll be very mad at that if that will happen. Same white girls and Bruno Mars, same people. I wanted difference, somebody like Kendrick Lamar, Frank Ocean even Fiona Apple or The Weeknd is gonna happen but noooooo. It’s always the same people. The subtle racism is unbearable. Yeah, this is racism to me, i’m not gonna change my mind. H.E.R. maybe wins but i still prefer see SZA and Jorja Smith there instead of H.E.R.

SZA better hurry up and drop her album. She could easily win Progressive R&B.

I listened to H.E.R.’s self titled, and it holds up as a solid AOTY contender. If I had to rank 2018/2019 AOTY nominees it would be

    1. Golden Hour
    2. Dirty Computer
    3. H.E.R.
    4. beerbongs and bentleys
    5. Invasion of Privacy
    6. Black Panther Soundtrack
    7. By the Way, I Forgive you
    8. Scorpion

H.E.R. might still be my favorite project from H.E.R., though Back of My Mind is great too.

    1. Golden Hour
    2. Dirty Computer
    3. H.E.R.
    4. Invasion of Privacy
    5. By The Way, I Forgive You
    6. Beerbongs & Bentleys
    7. Black Panther OST
    8. Scorpion

    FYC - Lil Nas X
MONTERO (Call Me By Your Name) - ROTY, SOTY, Best Pop Solo Perf., Best Music Video
INDUSTRY BABY - Best Melodic Rap Perf., Best Rap Song
MONTERO - AOTY, Best Pop Vocal Album

Progressive R&B could really be H.E.R. vs SZA. H.E.R. is more of a Grammy favorite but SZA’s album will likely be a more commercial success. It would go to either of them.

Dirty Computer is still a better album than Golden Hour, not sorry. Also y’all sleeping on BP Soundtrack, that album still slaps.

lol it’s an opinion? Golden Hour was one of the first few albums I truly got into, especially when I joined Goldderby. But DC is a strong album by Janelle Monaé. I just think it drags at the end of the album. I like every song on Golden Hour though.

I think with the BPS, I think more songs shined better than others. Parademic, All the Stars, Opps, and Redemption carried the album for me.

Janelle Monae is probably one of those artists who will never win a Grammy 🙁
