Billie winning a 2nd AOTY before a legend like Tony Bennett wins his 2nd would be a complete disaster and most likely won’t happen.

I’m very disappointed in myself because a couple of hours before the nominations I switched Doja Cat out for Chris Stapleton thinking country/americana may have more representation in the GF but surprisingly it didn’t. 💀 For my first time predicting Grammy nominations though, I will say that I’ve learned a whole lot and I’m actually happy with my #141 spot on the Leaderboards!

Congrats, as a side note to @lipabridgerstwigs, @kai, @boz, @treacherous, @babygirl and many more who made the top spots!!💫

Album of the Year is tough for me to predict. I still think Happier Than Ever will win but someone mentioned Billie & Olivia votes splitting so I have to take that into consideration. Love for Sale is next in line for me.

Don’t think this will happen. Olivia will mostly get support from Pop, Billie will appeal to other genres such as Alt and Rock + can get votes from producers, engineers etc like how she lost Pop Solo with BG and EIW but still won in the GF.

I love Billie’s album, best album out of the nominees in my opinion. Wouldn’t mind if it wins.

If producers and engineers are on anyone’s side this year, it’s Jon Batiste. He’s the musician of the category.

Finneas missed Producer of the Year and Happier Than Ever doesn’t have an Engineering nomination either.

I’m pretty sure those categories still had a panel so…

I really don’t understand what Mr. Mason was thinking when they expanded the nominees last minute. It only brings up more questions of legitimacy and WHY the field was expanded, and to benefit which artists. It just pushes further the narrative that the Grammys are a shady bunch.

They are though? HDD had reported that Harvey had met up with Kanye and wanted him to be included back at the Grammys in a big way… There’s no way voters willingly voted for him for a panned album
That’s why the general categories got expanded all of a sudden. It’s so obvious that Harvey specifically gathered votes for him.
