30 debuted with only 839k units. Adele didnt sell 900k in its first week. She did less than midnights/folklore/lover

“Ifs” and “buts” won’t change the reality that 30 ranked at No 2.

Renaissance is a very successful album, it’s already had more hits than Lemonade.

Taylor consistently debuts impressively, absolutely no one has remotely implied that 30 had a bigger debut than Midnights/Folklore/Lover.

The increasing population of troll accounts is preposterous. Loving an artist doesn’t require hating others. Creating new accounts to write gratuitous comparative nonsense is pathetic. Is this a kindergarten?

don’t act dense, 800k is a far cry from the 3.1m that 25 debuted with. for comparison renaissance debuted with 50% of lemonades debut sales

So tf what. Music consumption has changed drastically over the years. Literally no one with the exception of Taylor Swift is pulling 1 million 1st week anymore. 900k for any artist is impressive let alone Adele.
