Where are Lizzo’s Grammys? You are delirious to think that Adele will beat everyone and leave black talents with nothing.

Delusional Clownderby Adele stans like Gucci has been hating and trashing artists while praising Adele for years yet delusional Adele stans like you were lovin it. Hypocrite Adele stans only whines when it is Adele that is criticized but are silent when delusional Adele stans hates on others not Adele. 😂

Lol, I don’t know how long you’ve been using GD for but “Munchi” is one of the users who do not write hateful posts or agree with such. Are you alright? Literally none of his posts insults Swift. Maybe check a user’s forum activity before coming for them personally. Like he literally butts head with Gucci when they come for Bruno Mars. What are you saying?

I always wonder why Adele and Beyoncé dropped in the same cycle. Not only are they on the same record label, but they’re friends so I assume they chatted about that after the infamous 25 win.

This cycle has perplexed me too.

Columbia is supposed to be positioning Harry as a frontline artist, having him compete against Adele & Beyoncé works against that purpose.

Even from a business perspective, they’ll have no major artist to drive revenue next year, unless they’re planning to either rely on touring/deals, or push someone from their vault. My delusional self is hoping Dominic Fike is pushed.

All this arguing Beyonce this, Adele that, Harry’s got this! Y’all are in for a shocker when Lesbian Goddess Brandi Carlile snatches that crown next year! Mark my words bitches!

Congratulations 12 Time Grammy Winner Taylor Swift!

Honey, if Gucci were an artist, Gucci would NOT ever release an album in the same Grammy cycle as Adele.

Consequence of Sound chose Harry as its Artist of the Year and gave the album a great write up.

Beyoncé winning AOTY for a dance-pop album dedicated to retro dance and disco as well as queer ballroom culture would be such an daring and boundary pushing win for Grammy voters. I personally don’t think it will win against Adele, but the guts the Recording Academy voters (that comprise of white old men and religious music sects found in Christian and Gospel) to vote for a socially driving album should not be taken so lightly.

We need to stop this whole “white old men” nonsense. Lol they are not the only voters and they can’t get all the blame. Let’s be real young minorities are also going to vote for Adele and especially Harry.

my voters (that comprise of white old men and religious music sects found in Christian and Gospel) to vote for a socially driving album should not be taken so

I think is for me, so I think I should respond lol. I don’t think all voters are all “old white men”, especially after the strides with adding more of a diverse membership. And I do agree generally minority voters will still vote for Adele, Harry & Taylor. However, we cannot deny that voting block is still mostly white and mostly more male, even with new membership, as shown with this membership graph for this year.

Newer voters are currently skewed whiter and male, and this is just new Recording Academy membership, not the Academy as a whole. Even from my point before, a significant chunk of voters are from more “conservative” voting blocks such as classical, children, gospel/Christian, Const. Instrumental, etc. These voting blocks make up around 30-40% of the new voting membership.

Girl why did you edit my post? Weird.. but ok.

Truth be told, with 10 nominees Beyoncé has a better chance than she did with Lemonade. It’s a more universal album and it actually has hit singles to pair with it. Will it be enough to win? That’s the question we’ll have to see. But she’s gonna campaign for it. She’s gonna drop the Visuals at the start of voting and start promoting her “ACT II” if her team actually have sense.
