It’s unbelievable that the 2019 album Fine Line is selling more than 30 in 2022.  Just shows how forgotten and irrelevant 30 has been in 2022. Pretty sure many of the Grammy voters feel the same.

Harry’s House, and Rennaisance are Sony’s topsellers and top Grammy bet in 2023 for record/song and album of the year. 👏

I don’t think Beyonce will win with that amount of writers and the ton of samples, considering MJB is nominated too, she must have taken a good amount of votes from her. The same with Kendrick. I think this is between Adele, Harry vs Brandi Carlile.

Wouldn’t Adele and Harry split votes too? Idk if it would be enough to affect Adele tho. Brandi, on the other hand, has a very strong shot of actually taking AOTY.

I actually would’ve vote for Kendrick despite his chances are not high but i saw Brandi Carlile triumph in this whole vote splitting shenanigans. Even Adele and Beyonce can split the pop votes.

I didn’t know how to interpret that story. Either way, the memo posted on the same day had already confirmed that Music Film will be in the Premiere Ceremony. Based on the wording, it seems to be the last award presented there, but I could be wrong.

Brandi Carlile, Bad Bunny and Kendrick are only ones with strong support from their genres that don’t have any other contenders taking votes from them

There are 5 pop albums nominated (ABBA, Adele, Harry, Lizzo, Coldplay)

Mary and Beyoncé split the R&B vote and Beyoncé also split the pop vote with contenders like Adele, Lizzo, Harry…

She is the only Americana artist in the line-up and has Rock nominations on top of that, 2 of the biggest voting blocs. I’m predicting Adele because she appeals to everyone but I have Brandi in second place. I hope the Grammys spread the wealth because sweeps are boring.
