If God Did was just JAY-Z, Lil Wayne and John Legend I’d bet on it, but DJ Khaled’s is a major turnoff.

Lowkey holding out for another absolutely genuine, in no way fabricated tie in the Rap field, cause JAY not only deserves but SHOULD become the rapper with the most wins ever at this point…

I’m predicting a full Kendrick sweep. Album is a no-brainer. Performance and Song could go to “God Did,” but I think Kendrick has the edge since he got in Record and Music Video* in addition to Song of the Year.

Melodic Rap Performance is the most shaky, but Future/Drake are the strongest competition and both have a poor Grammy track record, and there’s a good chance they split with the other two mega-hits nominated.

    * I’m aware “God Did” was not submitted in Video and I don’t even think it had one, but Kendrick getting in that lineup is impressive nonetheless.

I would love for Kendrick to sweep Rap + win Best Music Video.

Get real!  Kendrick Lamar is totally sweeping the Rap Field again.  Duh!  He has no competition.  “God Did” is NOT winning a damn thing.

I agree that WAIT FOR U is competitive, I’m still tryna decide between that or Die Hard.

    FINAL PREDICTIONS:

    BEST RAP ALBUM
Mr Morale & the Big Steppers — Kendrick Lamar (NO CONTEST)

    BEST RAP PERFORMANCE
Vegas- Doja Cat (I KNOW it’s a stretch considering Kendrick is in the category, but if he doesn’t get it I want her to get it)

    BEST MELODIC RAP PERFORMANCE
Big Energy- Latto (Like Doja, BIG stretch considering Kendrick, but I can see her or Future winning if he doesn’t get it)

    BEST RAP SONG
The Heart Part V — Jake Kosich, Johnny Kosich, Kendrick Lamar and Matt Schaeffer, songwriters (Kendrick Lamar) (again, NO CONTEST)

Get real!  “First Class” is NOT winning Best Melodic Rap Performance.  Pure delusion.

I kinda doubt JAY-Z would be down to perform if God Did didn’t manage to win at least one of its nominations

I see Kendrick taking 3/4. The one he might lose is Best Melodic Rap, I can see either ‘GOD DID’ or ‘Wait For U’ taking it. Especially since the majority of nominees on those two tracks will be present (DJ Khaled, Jay-Z, John Legend(?), Lil Wayne & Future).
