I’ve seen enough, I switched Olivia to my #2. It’s just not a good year for Billie I think.

I could see Billie pulling a TAYLOR and only winning AOTY.

Congratulations to Grammy Winners: Jazmine Sullivan, Doja Cat, SZA and Olivia Rodrigo!

Taylor Swift is literally the only 21st century mainstream woman with 6 universally acclaimed albums and 5 albums with either diamond or diamond eligibility or potential in history. you’re just an embittered hater. Taylor is a titan of American industry, music and culture. all her AOTY victories are deserved or at least justified. Even 1989 was the 6th most acclaimed album of 2014, the 16th most acclaimed album of the decade and the most acclaimed pop album of the decade, as well as being the second biggest album of the decade in sales and was responsible for a cultural change bringing the popsimo back to the critics changing the image of pop music for the experts.

Taylor Swift is an undisputed legend.

and to add to this 1989 The album won 4 VMAs, 4 AMAs, 3 GRAMMYS, 9 BMAs and 1 BRIT AWARD and many more. Making it the most awarded Pop Album of all time. Clownderby only hates Taylor for the sake of hating, yet they don’t even look at facts. I fear for Goldderby’s clowns the moment 1989 (Taylor’s Version) Drops, she will end us all!

Congratulations to Grammy Winners: Jazmine Sullivan, Doja Cat, SZA and Olivia Rodrigo!

Yes this is precisely why she has received a full 10 nominations in the pop field that have never been decided by committee.

    Yes, that was the joke.

I appreciate the conspiracy but Evermores underperformance this year was because everyone, Taylor included, had forgot it existed. Folklore 1989 and Fearless obviously would’ve made it in without a panel since people care about those albums.

    🤣

Folklore and Fearless absolutely easy wins for AOTY, but I’m still on the fence with 1989 even though it’s her second best for me.

olivia rodrigo is this year’s TIME entertainer of the year. her campaign has been really good so far she just had to release a documentary to be perfect. also she has an interview with apple or something like that to be released soon https://twitter.com/PopCrave/status/1468938602688229380?t=LW7Y6srrTDLKGIjdVqCaWQ/

claiming nothing could’ve stopped a folklore win when it literally lost its genre category doesn’t make much sense

I’m not really sure what would have happened if there was no panel last year.

Imo top 8 last year was Folklore, Future Nostalgia, Fine Line, Fetch The Boltcutters, Jamie, Hyperspace, Chromatica and, fine I’ll say it, Changes. I think you could make a case that all of the alt/rock leaning albums would have split clearing the way for a Dua win, similar to how Harry/Taylor splitting in BPVA is probably how Dua ended up winning. Fiona’s album may have been so beloved that she was never losing if she got the nom. You could also say the combination of country, alt and pop would have still ended up giving Folklore the edge. Personally, I think Fiona would have won.

Either way though, claiming Taylor’s only successful because of panels is weird. Folklore would have absolutely gotten nominated without the panels and 1989/Fearless were always winning.

This would’ve been a great list of nominees tbh.

Honestly 8/8 what it would’ve been imo

Well, it is interesting that the moment the committees were axed, Taylor struggled to get any kind of recognition. Maybe she had a connection within the committees that always ensured her success. 🤣

Taylor has three AOTY wins for her independent work… something Gaga cannot relate to. If this is struggling to get recognition then I wonder how we are supposed to feel about the way Lady Gaga will win her only few general field awards next month.

    It's RED season.

the more and more end of year lists that come out, the more I see olivia winning over billie… sour and it’s singles are getting much more acclaim than anything billie’s released in the past year which is surprising, i expected billie to be everywhere on these lists
