These aren’t the best songs that are album closers but the songs that work the best as the ‘closer’ of their album:

    • Snakeskin- Rina Sawayama (SAWAYAMA)
    • Perfect Places- Lorde (Melodrama)
    • 929- Halsey (Manic)
    • Long Live- Taylor Swift (Speak Now)
    • Rainbow- Kacey Musgraves (Golden Hour)
    • hope is a dangerous thing…- Lana Del Rey (NFR!)
    • Favourite Color- Carly Rae Jepsen (Emotion)
    • Back In My Body- Maggie Rogers (Heard It In A Past Life)

Mine are all pretty recent. I can’t remember what the closing tracks of a lot of older albums are.

    FYC:
That's Where I Am by Maggie Rogers - Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Music Video, Best Country Song, Best Melodic Rap Performance, Best Traditional R&B Performance, Best Country Solo Performance, Best Rap Solo Performance, Best Metal Performance, Best Rock Song, Best American Roots Performance

I Always Wanna Die (Sometimes) – The 1975 is one of the best closers of recent. Perfect in every single way.

“Get Free” by Lana Del Rey is the greatest closing track of all time in my opinion. Some of my other favorites are

“get well soon” by Ariana Grande (Sweetener)
“Rainbow” by Kacey Musgraves (Golden Hour)
“The Story” by Conan Gray (Kid Krow)
    “Daylight” by Taylor Swift (Lover)
“A World Alone” by Lorde (Pure Heroine)
    “Clean” by Taylor Swift (1989)
    “Perfect Places” by Lorde (Melodrama)
“hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have – but I have it” by Lana Del Rey (NFR!)
“The Edge of Glory” by Lady Gaga (Born This Way)
