Taylor Swift being the first woman to win Album of the year Twice was an amazing choice!

Lauryn Hill winning AOTY for “The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.” Period. End of sentence.

It would’ve been unacceptable had they not given it to her.

Finally giving Tanya Tucker a couple, to me, is the newest best decision made. (smiles)

God bless you and Miss T always!!!

Yo, Lady Gaga losing AOTY three times in a row was the best decision ever.

Everybody knows it’s actually their worst. She should’ve won for either The Fame or The Fame Monster. Stay pressed.

Gaga’s losses combined aren’t as pressing as Beyoncé’s loss for Lemonade imo.

I love Outkast, but tbh Spearboxxx/ The Love Below is their worst album because you can see their direction leave each other on the album. It’s more like different albums at times. If They Way You Move or Hey Ya weren’t on the album, we would have seen it go to a different act.

Is George Michael who you were really meaning to write for your #9 entry? I’m asking because he was a white person, wasn’t he? (smiles)

God bless you and his family and fans always!!!

All of Whitney’s wins were well deserved:

    Pop Female

Saving All My Love For You
I Wanna Dance With Somebody Who Loves Me
    I Will Always Love You

    Record of the Year
    I Will Always Love You

    R&B Female
It’s Not Right, But It’s Okay

    Album of the Year
    The Bodyguard Soundtrack

I’ll never understand how she did not win Best Female Pop for ‘The Greatest Love of All.’ She wasn’t even nominated in that category but was nominated for Record of the Year for the same song.

It should have been Whitney Houston because the Whitney album should have won Album of the Year over U2 in 1988. I think that she split votes with Michael Jackson’s Bad and Prince’s Sign of The Times.
