Best of the 90's Girl Groups?

Recently 90’s R&B groups Xscape and SWV have been all over the media . Xscape recently reunited and SWV performed at the Soul Train Awards in honor of their 25th Anniversary.

This makes me wonder where you guys think they rank among the other popular R&B girl groups of the era, En Vogue, TLC, Salt N Pepa, and Destiny’s Child. What are your thoughts, where would you rank them?

Personally I always considered SWV and Xscape third-rate compared to TLC, En Vogue and the other groups of this era. TLC had the unique personalities of its members, Salt-N-Pepa were pioneers of hip-hop, En Vogue had amazing harmonies and Destiny’s Child had Beyonce’s star while SWV and Xscape to me were always sort of okay but not very exciting.

6. Xscape
