Dynamite without fan power would’ve came and went, Intentions did well because of ruthless payola and promo,
I think both songs are on the same level
Dynamite did use a lot of payola aswell. This and fandom power made the song be big enough for Grammys to finally nominate them
Meanwhile “intentions” had decent streams, and is the most successful song on JB’s album (not saying much but Grammys still recongized that album so….)
I still think this is between Taylor and Gaga.
If by some miracle chance BTS wins this, this will be the most interesting forum to read from. I have them down for #2. I still think Exile will take it.

Dynamite is not that spectacular, even BTS fans know that song is no special, they have a lot of better songs in their bag, ON for example but language barrier is hard to overcome and it has nothing to do with racism. The only reason the army stan it is because of its commercial success otherwise you guys don’t even claim it.

I think this is correct. If Taylor promotes more and if Gaga does nothing (obviously BTS will promote but I also think partially because of their new album in general) then I’d put Gaga at third and not have a tie

Dynamite is one of the worst songs of the year along eith yummy.
Honey, wrong! “Exile” is one of the worst songs of the year, along with “Cardigan.” BARF!
ROM has critical acclaim and commercial success and has two of the biggest pop stars on the track. I would see why it wouldn’t win.
I’m sorry, Rain On Me doesn’t have better critical acclaim than other nominees.

Obviously they still had all of that but Dynamite had multiple music videos and at least like 12 remixes released within a week of the original being released. It was beyond desperate and embarrassing lol.
The only critically acclaimed song in this category is exile and its not up for debate. You can argue about sales and shit but only exile is a quality song here.
I see that the obvious winner is “exile”. It is a widely praised track from a critically acclaimed album. It also has decent success and sales despite being an album track. In the interim,”Un Dia” is just a filler nomination. “Dynamite” and “R.O.M” may have chances too due to their success, yet I doubt it may happen due to its quality. Grammys never love boybands too in fact yet I actually think R.O.M still has a chance to win because of its namechecks; though “exile” is still the frontrunner.🖤
