Just to let you know, Beyonce is not featured on the track. She is a co lead .  It is a duet which is different than being featured on the same track. Billboard stated she is co lead. She gets as much credit and respect as Ed

Girl, simmer down. It ain’t that deep.

    Congrats to Ed Sheeran.

On a side note: It would be awesome if AIWFCIY became Mariah’s 19th #1 single 🙂

Thank God for Ed Sheeran and Beyonce! I would vomit my guts out if Rockstar actually hit 10 weeks at #1.

So happy for Kendrick Lamar! DAMN. is the first rap album to top the year end Billboard 200 chart since 2005 and only the fourth rap album to ever do so!

Beyoncé hit #1 again after almost 9 years; since “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It).”

Shape Of You #1 in year-end charts? Yet snubbed by the Grammy’s lol… What a sham!

I’m pleasantly surprised by Sam Hunt’s strong performance this year (#1 in Country, #8 in Hot 100) Happy for him!

What is she getting co-lead for? She has nothing to do with the writing/composition of the song. The respect being given to her is just because she’s “Beyoncé”. The truth is she changed “woman” to “man” in the second verse. That’s the only difference from the original track. And she is merely a feature.

    Let’s stop with the delusion.

This is an Ed Sheeran N1 not a Beyoncé, unfortunately, even though Beyoncé had songs way more deserving to be N1 than Perfect, such as XO and Drunk In Love, but charts are broken anyway.

You do know there’s more to songwriting than actual lyrics? The melodies, the sound production, the chrous, instrumental (he said she suggested an acoustic sound for this version) etc. And this was done months ago before the song was even charting.

“All I Want for Christmas is You” has never even hit the top ten, charting at #11 last year and this year. If it hits the top ten one of the next two weeks (which seems likely), Mariah will move up to tie Stevie Wonder on the all time top ten list with her 28th.

    38 – Madonna
    36 – Elvis Presley
    34 – The Beatles
    31 – Rihanna
    29 – Michael Jackson
    28 – Stevie Wonder
