More reviews have been pouring in and it remains positive. She’s got her highest rated album to date. It was worth the 3 year wait.

She has so many options for potential singles. I keep going back and forth between “Liar” & “Slumber Party” as the 2nd single.

    2.Liar
    3.Slumber Party
4.Just Luv Me or Love Me Down
5.Love Me Down or Do You Wanna Come Over?

What are others here thinking should be next?

The carpool karaoke was kinda just plain sad. She’s become so zombie-like and robotic. 2007 ruined her mentally and it’s obvious she’s been on medication since. Hope her VMA performance isn’t more of the same lip sync + robotic dance moves =/

I don’t know what you’re talking about she was quite animated and unguarded? How is she zombie like after that BOMT rendition…?

So happy for all of these positive reviews, thought!

“Glory” is HOT! I like it waaaaay more than BJ and even better than FF. It’s one of her strongest and most cohesive albums to date. Maybe her 2nd or 3rd best album overall?

BOMT was the only non robotic performance. I mean, look at the comments, I’m not the only one that’s noticed… She looked uncomfortable lip syncing. Look at other carpool karoke videos with different artists. Like others have said, he doesn’t sing half as loud as this with the other celebs, so James had to improvise. And it was kinda cringeworthy and obvious.

    Glory is:

    1. A HUGE step up from Britney Jean
    2. About on-par (maybe a little better) than Femme Fatale
    3. Quite better than Circus

But definitely not at perfection of Blackout or her first couple albums.

To rank Britney’s albums from best to worst I would say

    1. oops i did it again-every song on album was good enough to be a single, nominated for pop album grammy, beautiful, fresh vocals.

    2. britney-close second also her other album nominated for best pop album, more dance like character, thinner voice, but very twangy unique “britney” sound

    3. BOMT- healthy sounding deep vocals, albeit somewhat cheesy pop songs

    4. blackout- i have to admit i hated this album until recently. it grew on me.

5.in the zone-toxic and everytime imo were only “standout” singles. everything else was ok,, but not as impressive as albums 2 and 3. this album was snubbed for best pop album. but toxic deservedly won best dance recording!

6.Glory- different sounding album, songs not very pop like and catchy, but i’m getting used to the album

7.circus-felt bonus tracks were better than most songs on album

8.britney jean-felt very unfinished, to edm like, (will i am’s fault)

9.femme fatale-i felt her vocals here were too nasally and thin. not to mention her vocals were overly processed, and autotuned.

So this is in my opinion a great album where almost every song can be released as a single but 8 are standouts to me except for one (looking at “Clumsy” there) but my picks for her next singles are:

    1)”Man on the Moon”
    2)”Just Like Me”
    3)”Just Luv Me”
    4)”Slumber Party”
    5)”Invitation”
6)”If I’m Dancing” (I have the deluxe version)
    7)”Love Me Down”
    8)”Hard to Forget Ya”

Since she performed “Do You Wanna Come Over?” on The Today Show, and it’s her kids favourite song on the album, I have a feeling it’ll be the next single.
I’m on the fence if that’s a smart choice. When the song was released before the album came out, we played it during ET Canada Facebook Live, and all the viewer comments were negative. But then that weekend I was at the beach, and 3 different people played it over the course of the day.
I think it’s a great club song. I’m just not sure it’ll appeal to radio.

After “Make Me”, she does need to release a banger. “Hard To Forget Ya”, “Change Your Mind”, “Love Me Down” I think are the smartest choices. “Better” should absolutely be a single, but I don’t think it should be #2. Maybe #3 or #4.
