The producers rigged it. The Weeknd need to sue because they gave Taylor that win. Dua was ahead of her in every category I’m sure but couldn’t beat her in Album? Right.

sue for what? this is an award show, he’s a multimillionaire artist im pretty sure it’s not the end of the world and i, not even an expert in predicting grammys since this is my first grammys predicted dua winning bpva and taylor winning aoty 2 days ago on another thread but this goldderby made us believe it’s impossible well i have some news for you

It was so nice to have the predictions center open for Emmys, Grammys, Oscars, and Tonys all open at the same time, but, finally, the Grammys show goes on!

In pre-telecast stand-alone categories, I am so glad that Tiffany Haddish didn’t get penalizing for speaking out about passing on the hosting gig, am shocked at the Rachel Maddow win, am disappointed at Frozen II losing twice, and, while I was cheering for Byrne, am happy that Jagged Little Pill won, if only to keep it on Tony voters’ minds during the last 24 hours of voting.

The outdoor wedding setup/forced laughter start to the main ceremony didn’t do anything for me.

In country, I’m relieved that Miranda Lambert won the televised award, but wish she managed to win more.

In rap, I did not think Megan Thee Stallion would do so well!

In R&B, I was very happy to see Beyoncé’s performance win set the record!

In rock, I can’t believe that Phoebe Bridgers was shut out, but am still very happy for Fiona Apple finally adding to her Grammy tally over 20 years later.

In pop, I was very surprised that Dua Lipa defeated Taylor Swift in the genre category before the reverse happened in the general field.

And, wow, did the general field really spread the wealth this year!

Lady Gaga is so huge on the pop field urgh, this woman needs to win something on the General field ASAP.
Hopefully the next project bring home at least 1.

Does she need though? She’s already a x12 Grammy winner. To put it into perspective, the only female artists who are still relevant that are ahead of her are Beyoncé and Adele.

I think she’s probably more in winning more awards as an actress.

    Taylor too.

    Taylor isn’t ahead of her.

    Taylor too.

Taylor isn’t ahead of Gaga in Grammy wins count. Maybe if Evermore wins a few grammy’s this year she could pull ahead. But as of now she hasn’t yet.

I was only talking about Grammy wins count. I don’t think Gaga is a “bigger” musician than Taylor personally.

    Does she need though?

    She definitely does
It’s crazy how she’s SO BIIIIG and she hasn’t won one yet, kinda like Beyoncé because that Single Ladies award is like a straight up mess to her bigger things.

    Emmy winner Matthew Macfadyen!!

Honey, Taylor Swift winning Album of the Year again is very problematic.

Honey, I knew Jhené Aiko would lose Best Progressive R&B Album.  Did NOT expect her to lose to Thundercat.
