guys, can you help me with finding the release dates of the following singles (not albums the tracks come from). i’m just checking eligibility of certain, previous Grammy nominees, and the ones are quite problematic for me:

    1. Betty Wright & The Roots’ Surrender & the album this track is on – The Movie.
Surrender by Betty Wright & The Roots was nominated as a track from Betty Wright: The Movie, but the album was ofically released on November 15, 2011, so after the eligibility deadline.
there are a lot of cases like this in the past when vinyl LP sets were street in advance of their CD and download counterparts, seemingly only to make the Grammy Awards deadline (https://www.billboard.com/articles/news/474919/grammys-deadline-spurs-early-vinyl-releases-from-cher-lloyd-muse), but I just cannot find when Betty Wright: The Movie was released just to met that year’s eligibility criteria.

    2. I Just Come Here For the Music by Don Williams & Alison Krauss (https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/RSMAAOSwTO9aF0U0/s-l1600.jpg).
the link is a proof it was indeed released as a single & it was submitted as that for Grammys, in advance of the album released on June 19, 2012 (the album was meeting eligibility criteria but the recording was submitted as a single, instead of being submitted as a track from the album).

    3. You Can’t Make Old Friends by Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton (http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-m96IR3QT_F4/UkikPbmemTI/AAAAAAAALrI/Gmj4HivEtek/s400/dollyparton_kennyrogers_newduet_h.jpg). this was submitted as a single released in advance of the album which was released on October 8, 2013, so the album didn’t meet that year’s eligibility criteria.

    4. The Civil Wars’ From This Valley. it was submitted as a track for Grammys, but Wikipedia says it was released as single (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Civil_Wars_(album)).

    3. Lee Ann Womack’s Chances Are. it was submitted as a track from an album released during last year’s eligibility period (according to rules here: https://www.grammy.com/sites/com/files/59th_guidelines_quick_reference_guide.pdf) but I wonder if it was released as a single ’cause Wikipedia says it was (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Way_I%27m_Livin%27).

I would really appreciate your help. sorry if my post is a bit chaotic 🙂
