Regardless of how I feel about FTBC as an album, it would be nice to see Fiona finally win another GRAMMY after many years.

You’d think she’d be a darling, but voters constantly pay her dust.

Brittany Howard is definitely right up their alley. Jaime got support in multiple Fields so I think she’s got Alternative Album on lock.

I can see either of them winning. I think it’s a really tight race.

    semi-final:

    alt album – fiona

    rock song – fiona

    rock perf – pheobe

rock album – the strokes (though i’m not familiar with the nominees for this category at all, i’m just going off what others have said)

Phoebe Bridgers is shooting Grammy’s promo videos via Billboard’s instagram stories. Wonder why they didn’t ask her to perform despite using her for promo.

Anyway, does this mean she’ll walk home with an award? I have no clue lol.

I read that they don’t open up the results until the last day so they wouldn’t know. But i expect a Phoebe sweep. FTBC hype had died too soon.

I would absolutely love The Steps to take Rock Perf. because it’s an amazing song and HAIM deserves a fcking Grammy for their beautiful album. Sadly, I think it’ll be this:

    Alt Album – Fiona

    Rock Song – Fiona

    Rock Perf. – Phoebe

    Rock Album – The Strokes

Fiona better get paid her dues this year. I am tired of the Grammys snubbing her. Brittany also could upset in any of these, and she has that American Roots category on lock. She won’t go empty-handed but I’m still betting on the ones I listed. Phoebe could also upset in Rock Song but I don’t think she could get Alt. Album. That’ll be between Fiona and Brittany.

    Fearless (Taylor's Version) out now
    Daddy's Home out May 14th
L3 out in 2050 or when Antarctica melts due to climate change and Lorde the Penguin is forced to come back to society

John Prine has that category on lock, and even if he didn’t Black Pumas and Norah Jones and Mavis Staples would likely win over Brittany.

Mercury News is predicting Tame Impala to win Alternative Music Album. Interesting. Thoughts?

It makes sense. These categories having so many women can’t be good for any of those women’s chances, especially since Alternative Album and the rock categories have never been that female friendly.

Prayer circle for Fiona to win Song, Phoebe Alt Album and HAIM to win Perf.

It’ll never happen but I can try and manifest it😌

If I’m being real, anything less than Fiona winning at least two of the three will unmove me. Though I am kinda rooting for HIAM in Rock Performance. The controversies and the BRP kinda killed my fvcks.

Brittany would probably have a chance most years but John Prine’s recent passing will very likely push him to a win there, and in the event of an upset I think either Record of the Year nominated “Colors” or Grammy favorite Norah Jones collaborating with legendary Mavis Staples would win.
