Megan deserved her win. Doja did not. They both are doing their thing now. Latto is not winning too.

Probably next year. She only has like 3 singles eligible.

She should definitely submit Tomorrow 2 to Rap Performance and FNF to Melodic Rap and Rap Song.

Glorilla is definitely not happening for Best New Artist this year. My opinion for Latto being best new artist can go two ways. 1. She wins… but it goes downhill from there i.e Megan The Stallion. 2. She loses BNA, but in the long run does really good career wise. I feel like if Latto were to win BNA she would get hit with the “BNA curse” and a lot of people would be upset with her winning… even tho there are no clear front runners.

I too want Rina to at least get the BNA nomination and I pray that the US market barrier will not be an impediment for her. I would also like Joji to win taking into account her entire career but in this eligibility period she is only supported by one song so it’s unlikely.

Pd: Hold the Girl is more deserving of entering BPVA than “=” and MOTS (Wow the British presence will be felt in that category).

best choice to win is anitta, she already has a career with 3 albums in her native language, 2 trilingual albums and successes in spanish and a remarkable career without being something that can sink from nothing. she has nothing to lose and nothing to win. Bad bunny winning album of the year and anitta winning BNA the latinos need this spotlight and this industry owes it to the community. She’s not on the charts as a bad bunny, it’s just that her name runs among everyone in the industry. She is clearly a name with a future! Ryan Tedder is her executive producer and takes care of all her repertoire. Credibility in the industry she already has and many may think this is delusional and make fun only I think you may be surprised.

anitta could def win at the latin grammys but i don’t see her getting nominated at the grammys my safe bet is latto and i been seeing a lot of ppl say zach bryan so either one of them

Since when was Popularity a criteria for BNA? I thought it was talent. Latto is just as good a rapper than One flow Megan thee Stallion.

if only talent matters then why were you bringing up concert sales etc???

i’m not going to explain why popularity leads to a greater chance of winning because it’s beyond boring and if you don’t get it by now …

    Final Predictions before submissions:

    Album Of The Year
    30 – Adele
Un Verano Sin Ti – Bad Bunny
    Renaissance – Beyoncé
In These Silent Days – Brandi Carlile
    Gemini Rights – Steve Lacy
Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers – Kendrick Lamar
    Special – Lizzo
An Evening With Silk Sonic – Silk Sonic
    Harry’s House – Harry Styles
Red (Taylor’s Version) – Taylor Swift

I noticed that the only award nominations Taylor has gotten for both the ACM and CMAs were for “I Bet You Think About Me.” I’m not sure if this is a case of country awards no longer liking her or if it’s because she’s only submitting that song and not the rest of the album but just something to keep in mind.
Also I’ve decided to add Steve Lacy. He has a grammy history, we’ve gotten at least one 100/1 R&B AOTY nominee for the past 5 years and he has a massive hit during voting.

    Record Of The Year
    Easy On Me – Adele
    Moscow Mule – Bad Bunny
    Break My Soul – Beyoncé
    Broken Horses – Brandi Carlile
    First Class – Jack Harlow
    Bad Habit – Steve Lacy
    N95 – Kendrick Lamar
    About Damn Time – Lizzo
Smokin Out The Window – Silk Sonic
As It Was – Harry Styles

    Song Of The Year
    About Damn Time – Lizzo
All Too Well – Taylor Swift
As It Was – Harry Styles
    Automatic Woman – H.E.R.
    Bad Habit – Steve Lacy
    Break My Soul – Beyoncé
    Broken Horses – Brandi Carlile
    Easy On Me – Adele
    N95 – Kendrick Lamar
Smokin Out The Window – Silk Sonic

    Best New Artist
    Anitta
    Black Country, New Road
    Blxst
    Zach Bryan
    Dove Cameron
    Doechii
    Fivio Foreign
    Latto
    Muni Long
    Tate McRae

Just throw away the whole category this year I beg. Impossible to come up with 10 nominees here.

The only one here that has a slight chance is Ed. The others are definitely not happening.

Some unknown indie artist none of us (except maybe abelfenty) predicts will end up winning Best New Artist.

Cause none of these mainstream contenders have a chance in hell.
