September 30, 2022 at 7:38 am #1205103124I find it very funny when the artists despair for a Grammy nomination even if they have won before. The need for recognition scares me a little
September 30, 2022 at 7:43 am #1205103131how beyoncé of all people have not finished the visuals before the album’s release? i can’t seem to understand, she made it two times with lemo and self, her team is a giant, it’s a shame actually. once again she is sabotaging herself and losing all the hype she has.
September 30, 2022 at 7:45 am #1205103136Happy last day of eligibility!
September 30, 2022 at 7:51 am #1205103159Wait, what is this?
Maybe she thinks it’s better to release it at the start of final round voting when it’s really crunch time.
September 30, 2022 at 7:53 am #1205103166okay yeah and since this is for noms too probably, why tf was taylor almost shut out from the 2022 grammys? and justin had all his eligible noms on lock???

September 30, 2022 at 9:49 am #1205103294LOL
you saying “LoL” but sfg has been the most streamed rap song since release and most downloaded rap song in just 7 weeks and #3 overall this year not to mention its certified platinum in just 7 weeks…
September 30, 2022 at 10:11 am #1205103315Happy last day of the eligibility period! Can’t believe this is finally ending.
I still feel that BNA will be a disaster as there is literally no strong contender.September 30, 2022 at 10:19 am #1205103323At this point, Latto should give up submitting Big Energy to the rap field and submit the remix to Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
September 30, 2022 at 10:22 am #1205103326At this point, Latto should give up submitting Big Energy to the rap field and submit the remix to Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
yeah if she does that she could win there’s no competition this year besides coldplay and bts
September 30, 2022 at 10:35 am #1205103339Also, Taylor’s team should as well try to submit Nothing New to Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Her duet with Phoebe Bridgers is one of her cutest songs! In such a weak year for collaborations, who knows… Midnight’s release could help them on being nominated. Not predicting it, tho.
September 30, 2022 at 10:35 am #1205103341I know we all want Mariah Carey to win a Grammy again, but her Big Energy remix made no noise. Unlike the Say So & 34+35 remixes which charted with the phoned-in features credited for two weeks, Big Energy failed to have Mariah & DJ Khaled’s names attached to it.
Submitting a live version in a field where Latto benefits from crossover appeal is safer than submitting a bad, forgotten remix in a field where she’s likely not going to be name-checked. Submitting a live version is virtually the same as submitting the studio version, plus DJ Khaled & Mariah’s names could scare voters away and the NARAS may fear that this submission could set a trend of shark-jumping remixes sneaking into Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
It’s not a Savage or a Save Your Tears scenario.
September 30, 2022 at 10:35 am #1205103343Could Christina Aguilera benefit from Alphabetical placement and make a surprise appearance in Pop Solo? Or Pop Duo? She just scored 7 nods at Latin Grammys and three in the big 4!
Meet me at midnight…
