Kill Bill is more likely going to be this year’s MONTERO.

Loved that song, in terms of likelihood to win, I don’t think it’s getting SOTY. For ROTY, there’s still a problem with diversity from the voters who are bias of R&B and hiphop.

I was thinking about it too. I totally see Kill Bill winning GF awards but losing Best Pop Solo Performance to Flowers or some new song. This song can gain votes from several fields like pop, r&b and even rap.

you guys can try push this narrative all you want but Anti-Hero is one of the best written pop songs released in a very long time, backed up by critics, the GP and many relevant artists.

I think it’s crazy how no one has passed Taylor in the AOTY conversation though. Miley’s sales and streams for the album are pretty stale outside of Flowers as well as SOS by SZA does seem like what voters would go behind unfortunately:/ and while I don’t like Midnights and Folklore and Evermore, she slaying everywhere else

winning a grammy (regardless if it is the GF or not) correlates towards industry love and support, not the best music of a given year or most memorable or what got the most streams/sales (prior to my last post ironically), it’s just what the recording academy think is the best album/song artist, nothing deeper than that
