And to think next year will be even worst with all the huge releases

I predict that the worst is yet to come for 2022 Grammys. They would snub Drake.

inb4 Adele and Bruno are the only mainstream acts. Good luck to everyone else.

The Grammys should switch the alphabetical order of the lists during the first round voting every year. It would only be fair, cause the name advantage seems to be real.

Makes sense since Adele always there OMG lol

    For you consideration :

Album of the year : folklore
Record of the year : Don't Start Now
Song of the year : cardigan
Best new artist : Phoebe Bridgers

Best pop vocal album : folklore
    Best rap album : Alfredo
Best alternative music album : Fetch the Bolt Cutters

I listened to Djesse Vol 3. by Jacob Collier and I would like to say that the production was very tender and neat. I would be surprised if it ends up in top 3 in AOTY along with folklore and Future Nostalgia.

    AOTY
    Will win: folklore
    Should win: Future Nostalgia
    Dark Horse: Djesse Vol 3.

    ROTY
    Will win: Don’t Start Now
    Should win: Everything I Wanted
    Dark Horse: Savage

    SOTY
    Will win: cardigan
    Should win: Everything I Wanted
    Dark Horse: I Can’t Breathe

    BNA
    Will win: Phoebe Bridgers
    Should win: Meghan Thee Stallion
    Dark Horse: Doja Cat

If this is true, why wouldn’t Harvey Mason Jr. just say it? Instead he’s giving nonsensical answers and praying it all goes away. Blinding Lights/After Hours not making the top 20 would be shocking but at least it’s a concrete reason.

Exactly. If Abel made the Top 20, Harvey Mason Jr. would have said exactly that. The fact that he’s tripping over himself to fail to give a concrete answer means that the BRP shut him out. Because if he said straight up that “the BRP shut him out’, there would be an even greater outrage.

Even if worthy artists like Fiona and The Weeknd and Britiany Howard are snubbed,

    Fixed it for you.

    *laughs in Dua Lipa*

Dua is a pop act who obviously had support backing her. Pop was sadly not her for Anel and his meh album. Future Nostalgia is a way better album than AH.

Congratulations Taylor Swift on 6 Grammy Nominations

You know I just realized. Changes probably made AOTY top 20.

Honey, even Stevie Wonder can see that The Weeknd made the top 20 in the General Field categories.

I think they should pick a lane a stay on it. they change their way every single year. Super random sometimes

because the BRP rotates every two years

Scooter didn’t pay them enough for it to make Top 8 though.
