Karol G’s ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ Featuring Shakira Collab Is Here:
This is the Colombian artist’s fourth studio album.Karol G‘s Mañana Será Bonito has arrived. The 17-track set released Friday (Feb. 24) kicks off with “Mientras Me Curo del Cora” and features collaborations with Shakira, Quevedo, Carla Morrison, Sean Paul, Sech, Bad Gyal, Justin Quiles and Angel Dior. It also includes previously released hit singles “Provenza,” “Cairo” with Ovy on the Drums, “Gatubela” featuring Maldy, and the Romeo Santos-assisted “X Si Volvemos.”
One of the most anticipated collaborations on the set was the one with Shakira, which was confirmed just days before the album dropped. The pair join forces for “TQG,” which marks the first time the Colombian superstars unite for a track. “We know what you’ve all been waiting for and here we are,” Karol G and Shakira jointly posted on social media when they shared the news with their millions of fans.

———-Karol G’s Mañana Será Bonito makes an unprecedented splash on the Billboard 200 albums chart (dated March 11), as the set debuts atop the tally. It’s both the first No. 1 for the artist and the chart’s first No. 1 all-Spanish-language album by a female artist.
Previously, only two all-Spanish albums led the list, both by Bad Bunny (Un Verano Sin Ti in 2022 and El Ultimo Tour del Mundo in 2020).
Mañana earned 94,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending March 2, according to Luminate. Its starting sum was largely powered by streaming activity.

QUEEN AND PRINCESS OF LATIN POPCompared to KG0516, Mañana Sera Bonito’s deep cuts feel very generic and bland in the first few listens. KG0516 had Dejalos Que Miren and Contigo Voy a Muerte as strong deep cuts as well as fan-favorite promotional singles like 200 Copas, El Makinon, and El Barco.
So far, no album tracks from MSB haven’t stood out to me as much. Hope this changes because I love Karol G and think TQG is a temazooooOOOoo
