Lady Gaga is a talentless David Bowie-Madonna wannabe. So she doesn’t deserve to win anything.

I love being a literate person.

Darlings, do we all agree about Lady Gaga being the only option for the Vanguard Award?

    Not before Missy

I don’t understand how she hasn’t already won it.

Even though we had some good videos this year, I feel none of them made a HUGE impact… Also, remembering that Havana beat This is America last year makes me sad af

My predictions for Video of the Year are:

    • Taylor Swift “You Need to Calm Down”
    • Ariana Grande “7 Rings”, “Thank U Next” or “God is a Woman”
    • Madonna “God Control” (it’d be amazing to see her once again up for VOTY)
    • Jonas Brothers “Sucker”
    • BTS “Boy with Luv” or BLACKPINK “Kill this Love” (I totally see KPop being recognized this year)
    • Billie Eilish “bad guy”
    • Lil Nas X & Billy Ray Cyrus “Old Town Road” (just because it’s a huge hit with an OK video, may not happen)

I guess Ariana will win, but in case she doesn’t attend the ceremony, they’ll give it to someone else LOL

As for performers I bet on:

    • Taylor Swift
    • Madonna (returning to the VMA stage after 15+ years, could be huge)
    • Katy Perry (who knows, maybe alongside Taylor, it’d be very VMAish//also there is some tea she’s receiving the Vanguard)
    • BTS or BLACKPINK (or both)
    • Lil Nas X
    • Cardi B
    • Miley Cyrus
    • Tyler the Creator
    • Billie Eilish (first performance in a big award show?)
    • Shawn Mendes (he’s ALWAYS everywhere)
    • Ed Sheeran
    • Chance the Rapper (maybe just maybe)

I see Ariana going but not performing, just like Gaga in 2010. Lizzo performed at the Movie Awards, usually artists do Movie OR VMAs, so I’m counting her out.

Some people are saying Beyoncé’s about to drop her new album anytime soon, SO she could also be a possibility as she always does the VMAs.

Ariana will definitely not be there. She’s gonna be touring. That also means no VOTY award for her by default

You know, that’s the most accurate prediction for Video Of The Year as of now, but I think Ariana will be nominated for “Thank U, Next”, cuz it broke the VEVO Record when it’s music video was released.
