Due to voting and competition, sometimes a very rewarded artist in nominations ends up empty handed, every year there is an artist with 4+ noms that doesn’t win something
In Grammys 2017, Rihanna lost all 8 of her noms
In Grammys 2018, Jay Z lost lost all 8 of his noms
In Grammys 2019, Maren Morris lost all 5 of her noms
In Grammys 2020, Ariana Grande lost all 5 of her noms
In Grammys 2021, the most nominated artists are:
Nine noms: Beyoncé
Six noms: Dua Lipa, Roddy Ricch, Taylor Swift
Five noms: Brittany Howard
Four noms: John Beasley, Justin Bieber, Phoebe Bridgers
DaBaby, Billie Eilish, David Frost, Megan Thee StallionWho is most vulnerable to leave empty handed?

I was thinking the same if Taylor wins her awards and someone else wins ROTY.

January 12, 2021 at 9:42 am #1203979588I would love to see the GF pop and alternative categories split. Grammys rarely spread the love and this year is such a great opportunity to.
Ideally Taylor and Dua (maybe Gaga and Ari?) would split the pop categories, Phoebe and Fiona would split the alt/rock categories, and Taylor, Dua, and Megan would all get their due in the general field.
