Honey, I never got the hype about Justin Timberlake. He’s just some white dude who tries to sing black music. He’s very basic.
He’s white, he was the leader of a boyband and he was Britney Spears’ boyfriend when she was relevant, that’s why he’s overrated af. Actually he’s very talented but his songs/albums are nothing special. He doesn’t deserve the hype and awards he has.January 9, 2018 at 7:41 pm #1202462635

Most of the album is produced by The Neptunes so I’m looking forward to hearing the rest.January 18, 2018 at 6:13 am #1202469965
New single Supplies has just been released. It’s available on Spotify and you can watch the music video on YouTube.
I think it’s way better than the lead single.January 18, 2018 at 6:34 am #1202469985
Controversy stewing over Justin doing the listening party for “Man in the Woods” at Paisley Park. He had a minor “feud” with Prince back in the day, so I guess some of his fans aren’t pleased.
Hope to start getting leaks about the Halftime Show soon.January 18, 2018 at 7:14 am #1202470009
I think its kinda awesome he had the listening party there. I’d assume Prince would have loved thatJanuary 18, 2018 at 9:58 am #1202470142
What is going on with this era? I’ve never been a big Justin fan, but I could at least enjoy some of the singles…. “Cry Me a River”, “Mirrors”, and “My Love”, for instance, all had their charms. You could certainly dance to “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”. But “Filthy” and “Supplies” are just downright awful. There is nothing fun, or catchy, or interesting about these songs. Is he serious with that chorus?
The music video almost comes across like a parody, like something you’d see in Tropic Thunder. It’s so desperately Justin trying to look relevant and ‘woke”, but the lyrics match none of the imagery (btw, what does ANY of the imagery from either video have to do with the promo video, or being a “Man of the Woods”?). His lyrics are so self-aggrandizing and cocky now (well, they kind of always have been), with lines like “I’ll be the wood when you need the heat”, “Sh*t’s about to go down / I’ll be the one with the level head” and “I’ll be the generator, turn me on when you need electricity”. It’s all so cringe-inducing.
I understand his rush to get out a second single after “Filthy” was pretty much a flop (never even hit #1 on iTunes, and is down in the teens now), but I don’t see “Supplies” doing any better. It’s gonna be a rough halftime show. Is it too late to swap him out for a Lady Gaga encore?
Justin Timberlake: right up there with Madonna as one of the all-time overrated music artists. And don’t get me started on his acting skills…January 18, 2018 at 12:16 pm #1202470251
“Supplies” was a 1000 million percent better than “Filthy” in every way imaginable, but it’s still one of the weaker JT songs.

Supplies is definitely better than Filthy. Still, like most of his singles, it’s just there. It doesn’t make me want to come back to it.January 18, 2018 at 1:58 pm #1202470326
Not Justin trying to make some ‘woke’ video when he hasn’t brought awareness to any serious topic throughout his career. He’s just doing it cause it’s trendy and I’m not feeling it at all.
None of these two songs or videos fit his oh so personal stripped back album theme either idgi.January 25, 2018 at 9:43 am #1202478416
Here is the third single “Say Something” ft. Chris Stapleton
I don’t know what to say although it’s the best so far. Three songs, three sounds. I have no idea where the album goes. JT’s new era reminds me of Red era so much. Taylor was releasing a different song every week and we had no idea about the album’s genre. It ended up being mixed genres of rock, country and pop. It looks like Man of the Woods will face the same fate.
