Eh I actually think they won’t complain THAT much this year lmao the song isn’t half as big as “Dynamite” or “Butter”, everyone knows Coldplay isn’t winning AOTY and that nom in Music Video caught everyone by surprise. They also won’t perform so no talk about them being used for ratings.

I just can’t wrap my head around the idea of ‘Unholy’ winning a Grammy… Granted, I would rather BTS not win a Grammy because their fans will be insufferable about it lol, but I think Coldplay’s name is a big draw here. Edit: Just saw the GD editors seem to think Abba’s got this in the bag???? Is it because they’re Abba and don’t yet have a Grammy? What a shocking upset that’ll be. Poor Abba will have to deal with the wrath of BTS fans.
“Unholy” is the biggest song out of the nominations and Sam/Kim Petras are both performing at the Grammy’s. Now we all know that a performance doesn’t equal a win but all the cards seem to be stacked in favor of Unholy, outside of the Grammy’s wanting to honor ABBA. Pop D/G will probably be the only category that ABBA can win. Also, ABBA is a super group with timeless music that is still being listened to 50+ years later. I don’t think that a bunch of whiny, delusional bts Twitter fans will bother them that much. If anything I’m more concerned about how the Beyhive will react if Adele beats Beyonce for Album of the Year again. If that happens I’m logging of of Twitter for a week.

This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.I don’t want to give away my age…because I’m older than dirt…but I was alive and remember the period when they released their music that they are best known for. They didn’t deserve to win back then…when Fleetwood Mac rightfully reigned supreme. They’re good, yes, but they were not the best at that time. There was so much incredible music back then…Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, Simon and Garfunkel, James Taylor, Carly Simon, Creedence Clearwater Revival, etc. It was the golden age of bands.
Not that i hate ABBA, but i don’t think they are happening. They only got in because of that alphabetical bias, and not everybody know that they don’t have a Grammy. Plus, their song didn’t even chart unlike Tony Bennett and Gaga’s record. Haven’t seen any article predicting them either except GD editors.

Doesn’t that happen with all artists though? Beyonce, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber Adele, Taylor, Gaga etc. They all get talked about, called overrated etc. My point is why do you people get so butthurt when bts is being talked about? They have won over 800 awards and the only significant award they have yet to win is a Grammy. If they win one we will finally be free to forget about the darn show and award. Didn’t the editors think Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga would win last year? Maybe that was just the majority of the people who were posting, but anyhow…I don’t see Abba winning.
