Sweetener absent in AOTY even though it wasn’t a threat to Kacey
It was, though? It would be the only Pop album nominated, and after getting Pop Vocal it could get AOTY. But we’ll never know. Glad Kacey won. Golden Hour > Sweetener.

Lily Allen’s “Alright, Still” not nominated in Best Alternative Music Album and Bjork losing far too many times.
ReplyCopy URLJanuary 18, 2020 at 7:35 pm #1203291428Janet Jackson was deserving of a Pop Female nomination for Love Will Never Do With You at the 1992 Grammy Awards
ReplyCopy URLJanuary 18, 2020 at 7:55 pm #1203291446Also, Janet Jackson should have received Album of The Year nominations for Janet in 1994 and Rhythm Nation in 1990.
Also, I wonder where Velvet Rope was submitted in 1998. Was it submitted to R&B Album?
Also, I wonder if Got Til It’s Gone was submitted to R&B Female.
ReplyCopy URLJanuary 18, 2020 at 8:00 pm #1203291450Not Shocking ones but Control deserved AOTY.
Brandy should’ve won Best Contemporary R&B Album with Full Moon
Janet should’ve gotten AOTY for The Velvet Rope.
Sade should’ve made it to AOTY with Love Deluxe or Lovers Rock.
ReplyCopy URLJanuary 18, 2020 at 10:32 pm #1203291643The fact that SZA or Khalid lost BNA to someone who is no longer a factor in music at all…
The fact that CTRL was absent in AOTY
THE FACT THAT SZA HAS LOST EVERY GRAMMY THAT SHE HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR!
the only exception being shallow winning song written for visual media!
btw Stan SZA, a Grammy, Golden Globe, and Oscar nominated artist🤩

This is Grammy snubs! Not Grammys that you think your favorite artists should have won so you can leave Camila out it that thx!

I think if only one out of Billie Jean and Beat It were nominated, then Michael Jackson would have won Song of the Year. I think they cancelled each other out
