The youngest Braxton sister is finally releasing her sophomore album in 2013. Her new single “Love And War” was just released to itunes an hour ago. It sounds like Keyshia Cole’s “Trust And Believe.” Should do well on Urban AC.December 6, 2012 at 12:15 am #385276
I’ll have to check her new song out. I liked some of her 2000 debut album.December 6, 2012 at 3:59 pm #385278

Doesn’t Gaga have something to do with why she’s #2?December 6, 2012 at 8:31 pm #385280

Gaga tweeted after she hit #2.December 6, 2012 at 11:04 pm #385281
Well she’s #1 now! Never in a million years would I have imagined her even having a top 50 single on Itunes. Congrats to her. I can’t recall the last r&b song to even reach that even if its for a day.December 7, 2012 at 12:34 pm #385282
Congrats on the #1 Tamar!
The song and the vocals are great!December 7, 2012 at 12:38 pm #385283
She has Gaga to thank. It is incredible the influence she still has. The song is good. Maybe it’ll grow on me after a couple of more listens. So, congrats Tamar…?December 8, 2012 at 7:12 am #385284

I don’t know why people (and some publications) are saying this. Gaga tweeted AFTER Tamar’s single went to #2 on iTunes. She doesn’t have to thank Gaga.December 9, 2012 at 4:30 am #385285
Just heard “Love And War.” It’s ok; nothing special. Sounds like a Toni Braxton record. Girlfriend can sing though.December 9, 2012 at 10:34 am #385286
I just listened to this song and I don’t get it. Why is it doing so well? It just sound like album filler from a Toni Braxton album.December 10, 2012 at 8:17 am #385287

I agree. I like Tamar and really hope that her album is solid, but this song just does not do it for me at all. Can she sing? Absolutely! But I find the song stale, boring and mediocre at best. But I will wait for the rest of the album. I hope its decent.
