As someone who liked You All Over Me but wasn’t particularly impressed by it, I LOVE Mr Perfectly Fine. This song has made me a LOT more excited for the vault songs.

A Nelly Furtado 6-7 years break usually destroys careers. Miss Adele should release ASAP, before it is too late.
Only haters want Taylor to go away because they KNOW a long break ain’t for everyone. It works for Adele because that’s her whole marketing strategy since the beginning. Lorde flopped commercially after her long ass break and let’s be honest, she’ll serve with the music but she’ll flop commercially again with her next album. Rihanna’s will be an interesting one.
Taylor swift absolutely did the right thing with folklore and evermore and she’s riding that high well into the re-recordings era. For the first time in years, since 2016, she was adored by critics and the public alike. There’s no reason for her to stop. Not until TS10.
Long breaks ONLY work for Adele. They didn’t work for Lorde despite her releasing much more gp-friendly music in 2017. They didn’t work for Katy either because by 2017, her sound was so out of touch with the current state of pop music at the time. It works for Adele because the demand is just there. When you have an album as monstrous as 21, you will never not have huge demand.

Adele just has this irreplaceable voice..her ballads are timeless… critics will keep crying that she does the same thing but gp loves her. Her single choices are also immaculate.
Lorde might not have sales but her album is one of the best albums of last decade. Can’t wait to see what she cooked up now…Both should drop this year. It has been long.
