You know, I’ve been thinking and something that really impresses me about Taylor is the cohesion of her eras. I can listen to a song/look at a picture and immediately know which album it’s from.

That’s not the case for a lot of artists.

I really like the “fallonlore” skit actually. Getting Chris Martin for the duet was so unexpected xD

Taylor is trending at #9 on Twitter because of Spotify Unwrapped being released- the highest trending artist. But none of the four artists above her on the US Top Artists are trending

The most streamed taylor swift’s song this year on spotify is YNTCD with 170 million streams only. Yet she accumulated 4.9 billion streams. This shows how much her album as a complete body of work is appreciated by general public. Imagine if she had 2 or 3 hit singles this year, then she would have destroyed everyone.

this is why I hate when people call YNTCD’s nom a “name check”. The song was/is a hit.

That Jimmy Fallon sketch was stupid. Taylor needed to be part of it for it to work.

I thought The New york Times was the only so so critic she got on metacritic? They rate folklore around a 6? And now they put it among the best?

Probably a different critic. All publications have different  critics and I bet the one mentioned this time really liked it abs was upset they gave it a bad score so he put it as his check for Best Album of year
