Brandi Carlile is producing Tanya Tucker’s next album in January so it’ll be a contender again I think

If Beyoncé doesn’t release an album this cycle, “Be Alive” could do well. Maybe a Song of the Year nomination and obviously a Best Song Written for Visual Media nomination.

I believe that, without committees, Beyoncé can make it to the top 5 of any category. If Be Alive lives up to its expectations, she could get 4-5 nominations with that song alone.

    FYC:

*Best Pop Vocal Album: "Positions" by Ariana Grande
*Best Pop Solo Performance: "positions" by Ariana Grande
*Best Country Solo Performance: "camera roll" by Kacey Musgraves
*Best Country Song: "camera roll" by Kacey Musgraves
*Best Rap Album: "CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST" by Tyler, The Creator
*Best R&B Song: "Good Days" by SZA & Jacob Collier

The Anxiety (duo of Willow Smith & Tyler Cole) just released a live version of “Meet Me at Our Spot”, the song’s slowly been climbing up billboard the past month or so after going viral on TikTok.

It’s parent album is from March 2020 so they clearly expecting it to be a potential Grammy player in 2023.

    Oscars FYC:

    "CODA" – in all categories

"Everybody's Talking About Jamie" – Sup. Actor (Richard E. Grant), Sup. Actress (Sarah Lancashire) and Original Song (“This Was Me”)

"King Richard" – Original Song (“Be Alive”)

"Summer of Soul" – Picture, Film Editing and Documentary Feature

“The Green Knight” – in all categories

The new Ed Sheeran’s album does NOT deserve AOTY nomination.

I really hope “traitor” becomes a huge hit and SOUR doesn’t win in an album category because I think it’s a perfect SOTY contender.

Ed Sheehan’s numbers are so lackluster…. Did people not know his album was out?

I was wondering this too? I imagine she’ll just submit the solo version.

I believe it can’t be. It can be submitted to both in separate years though (similar to how Camila submitted Havana to BPDGP didn’t get nominated than submitted Havana (Live) to BPSP. I see no possible way Adele misses though.

I think she will choose the solo version, but she could just release a new single, submit it for Pop Solo and Easy on Me for Pop Duo. She’s gonna get nominated and win with anything she submits anyway.

Easy On Me Feat. Chris Stapleton is coming for Best Pop Duo/Group.

I have a theory that a different song would be submitted to Pop Solo, then Easy On Me (Ft. Chris) to pop duo.

Adele could’ve possibly won 5 Grammys for the same song.

3 for the Solo (had she released it Sep 30) and 2 for The Version with Chris Stapleton in 2023. Luckily she’s not greedy.
