What, in your opinion, is the worst album you have ever heard? My pick is Rebirth by Lil Wayne. He tried to make a rock album and not only did it sound like a parody of itself, it was also boring as hell.
ReplyYeezus by Kanye West. I was stationed in Afghanistan during this time and thought some new Kanye would just the thing to get me through a rough stretch during deployment….
That album was so terrible I couldn’t BELIEVE it got glowing reviews. There were only two decent songs and the rest was unadulterated T R A S H.

-Rare by Selena Gomez: this album is literally a bunch of nothing. Nothing songs by a nothing artist who makes nothing music. It has 0 creativity, no redeeming actors, it might as well be called “Bore” cux there’s genuienly 2 songs I think are not 1/10s or lower.-The Click by AJR: this is the complete oposite of Rare. It’s trying to do SO much that it just comes around as a genre bending clusterfuck with horrible lyricism and a lead singer with the vocal abilities of a chipmunk.
-Illuminate by Shawn Mendes: this is just bad on every aspect. Shawn Mendes’ only decent album IMO is his self titled.
-When I Get Home by Solange: this is somehow extremely controversial but this album is actively unlistenable. I’m a big fan of Solange so it was disappointing but every song sounds the same, the lyrics are repetitive and most of the times very bad, Solange brings the energy of a wet dog, and the production is mid and lifeless. Stay Flo bops though.

To me everything Pharrel touches turns into crap, he has been doing the same sound and songs since the beginning of his career, the artist that have collaborated with him end up having their worst albums (Madonna, Paloma Faith, Ariana).
And i LOVE Madonna, i love American Life, i can enjoy MDNA in some moments (i do think it’s a bad album tho), but Hard Candy is just unbearable, it sounds cheap, with no personality, unoriginal, repetitive, such a shame.

My sister had a four piece poster – pulled from four centerfolds of Tiger Beat magazine on her bedroom wall and she would play this album non-stop while kissing Bobbie’s lips on the poster. “Julie, Julie, Do you Love me?” – Bobby, if you have to ask, don’t bother.
Tied with Self Portrait by Bob Dylan. I love me some Bob Dylan, but this record is just so… what happened Bob?
