Kudrow, but it’s criminal that Cox never won for her earlier work in the show. She lost her “Monica-ness” by the last few seasons, but she was really great for several seasons.

I always felt bad for Cox for being the only one of the 6 to never even get a nomination.  And I wonder how it felt that her character was unable to have children when both Aniston and Kudrow won their respective Emmys the same years their characters gave birth on the show.
