Both Kim and Sophie made a mistake of being seen as huge threats. Not sure why Sophie suddenly decided to gather half the survivors and tell them who to vote for during tribal. Kim pretty much did the same, minutes into tribal. I enjoyed the fact that we don’t have strict alliances, so I hope it stays that way. With nine survivors left, it should be easy next week, but the preview shows Tony going crazy, so who knows. If we get another crazy tribal, Jeremy seems like an easy vote.
Yeah Sophie shocked me when she said all of us lets go and decide.Kim kinda had no choice and had to take control of the remaining players.April 20, 2020 at 8:47 am #1203436828
Yesterday I was watching a YouTube video of the top 15 blindsides from seasons 31-37 (or 30-37). I had forgotten how good some of the Gen X vs. Millennials season was. There was so much game play and maneuvering, and it still seems so weird, even with his sad story about his mom being ill, he won the season, unanimously. It also reminded me how many consecutive tribals Ben had to produce an idol he found just to stay in the game, and then was saved from elimination at final four by the rule change to mandate the fire-building challenge. Thinking about it makes me so annoyed that he hasn’t been voted out of this season yet.
I’m hoping Jeremy gets immunity and then can work his way into a stronger group.
I also would love to see another second chance type season with people who got close to the end or to the end and kind of felt like they deserved to win but then didn’t.April 23, 2020 at 6:32 am #1203443209
Well, that sucks.April 23, 2020 at 6:56 am #1203443226
i figured it would be kim or sophie. chose the wrong oneApril 23, 2020 at 7:27 am #1203443263
I was hoping Sophie would do better, but I guess if it was her or Jeremy, I’m glad it was her. Tony is playing pretty hard now, but he’s going to have to become a target, right? Kim and Denise know that he’s trying to play them, and now that Sophie is gone, they could re-join Jeremy and Michele? It’s funny how this vote went down, because Tony suddenly had the exact thought that Jeremy said to him last week when he suggested getting rid of Sophie. Timing is everything.
Tony reading the extortion note was one of the funniest things this season. But I was preoccupied with the paying back of the fire coins. Tony borrowed three, and then won two in the immunity challenge. Did he pay anyone back? Just keep them? I was mostly thinking that going to both alliances to ask for money would have likely exposed him, but the way the vote shook down has done that anyway.April 24, 2020 at 9:38 am #1203445467

This season has been so epic. Not having reward challenges has made it so much better since they can show more story behind what happens. It’s really anyone’s game right now.April 27, 2020 at 7:58 am #1203449735
Wow, Sarah, Sophie, Wendell and Ben are barely on that poster.
The game does still feel very up in the air. Of the contestants still in the game, only Ben really seems out of it to me. He’s the only one I don’t see having done anything so far where he can say to a jury, Hey look, I did this, I deserve to win. The season’s been great, though. I can’t wait to see how it shakes out.April 28, 2020 at 3:39 am #1203451051
So according to my knowledge and https://survivor.fandom.com/wiki/Survivor:_Winners_at_War I don’t believe that Tony gave away any of his tokens yet. I feel like a lot of people aren’t trying as hard this season as they did before…where are the “ben bombs?” If Tony goes, then it’ll be a slow finish unless the EOE returnee is someone likable.April 28, 2020 at 10:22 am #1203451440
I think there are no Ben Bombs this season because most of those only resulted from a massive level of asleep-at-the-wheel-ness by the other castaways he was playing against. All those people wanted was to vote him out, yet they couldn’t stop him from finding idols every three days?April 30, 2020 at 3:00 am #1203454887
That was an episode of terrible decisions. First, people giving up the challenge for food when they know they could be a target. Then, Michele gives her overpaid terrible advantage to a person she’s voting for. Not to forget Nick’s stupid actions throughout the episode. Finally, everyone seems to be annoyed by Ben, but no one thinks he could be an easy vote?
Another one of my favorites voted off.April 30, 2020 at 7:01 am #1203455087
It’s gotta be Ben or Jeremy next week if they are smart. They know Tony has an idol so they might wanna force him to play it and flush it out but that’s not even a big thing since he would be safe.April 30, 2020 at 9:38 am #1203455423
Tony is gonna wanna keep ben since he is an easy person to beat in the end , tony has been playing a flasy game and he can defend that agaisnt mumbley ben
