Cannot wait!September 20, 2016 at 11:42 am #1201925539
I’m in!! Can’t wait for the startSeptember 22, 2016 at 9:45 am #1201926155
Ok so I kinda hate everyone but Figgy and Zeke so that’s always a good sign lol. Saying that, the rest are either really annoying to me (especially the police guy and the one who plays video games on youtube) or just really boring (Sunday comes to mind off the bat). Anyways, I think they voted off the wrong person because honestly David is just a trainwreck lol.September 22, 2016 at 8:53 pm #1201926441
I’m actually completely opposite you. I hate Figgy and Zeke (and Taylor), and I like the video game girl and her ally (Freaks and Geeks, apparently). I have sympathy for David, but I agree that his debut was one of the worst in recent history. I’m waiting to see where everyone else falls on my “like/dislike” list.
On the other hand, while I don’t dislike many people yet, there don’t seem to be many actually good players yet. The F&G, as I will now call them, seem to have a grasp on how to play, as do some of Gen X, but they don’t seem to be playing very well. I hope they improve. At least last season the player knew how to play the game, for the most part.September 26, 2016 at 4:42 pm #1201927841
I’m sorry to say that I think I hate the Millennials. They’re not all bad — Hannah seemed okay — but as a whole they are just so annoying. The Gen Xers aren’t that great either, but they’re not as bad. David does seem like a total trainwreck, but I feel kind of bad for him. The woman who got voted off seemed VERY annoying.September 29, 2016 at 6:54 am #1201929159
I am so glad she got voted out 🙂 I really found her to be annoying. I think the Gen-X tribe is in for a big wake up call with that idol. Kinda happy he found it since he was pretty much the bottom of the list/top of the chopping block.September 29, 2016 at 9:54 am #1201929265
Hannah in the voting booth was absolutely hysterical. Probst peeking around to see if she was ok cracked me up. Michelle impressed with the way she was able to get the votes to turn her way. If David can last long enough to play the idol, that will shake things up at Gen-XSeptember 29, 2016 at 12:16 pm #1201929309
You know you’ve been in there a long time if Probst looks to check and make you haven’t died in the booth.
It’s a shame Mari went. Her and Hannah were my favorites to win, and even though it didn’t matter, numbers-wise, Hannah’s decision to flip during tribal council was stupid, so I don’t think she’ll go very far. I still hate Figgy, but Michelle single-handedly turned that vote around and put herself on top, which was very impressive.October 3, 2016 at 8:54 am #1201930904
Without the need for an establishing edit like they got in the first episode, I liked both tribes better this week, especially the millennials. Michaela’s initial reaction to Taylor and Figgy making out was really funny, though her continued obsession with it and this-bugs-me-so-much-I-can’t-not-whine-about-it attitude were a little much. Michelle was great, though, and I really warmed up to Jay. Hannah was so funny, and that back and forth with Michelle at tribal council was great. I was really glad that David found that immunity idol — the attitude of some of the others on his tribe that they should just keep him busy until they vote him off is so irritatingly arrogant, and it’s also a really dumb idea to keep sending a person who was blatantly searching for the idol off into the woods alone. I love the David/Ken partnership, and I hope they go far.
It looks like next week there’s a shakeup, maybe just one member of each tribe getting swapped out? Of course the show wouldn’t just leave the two tribes as they are for very long, but I thought it would be a little longer than this.October 6, 2016 at 7:08 am #1201932363
Best tribal thus far 🙂 He deserved to go.October 10, 2016 at 8:30 am #1201933762
That was great. I can’t believe Paul actually said to the women that if he was approached about a guys’ alliance he’d tell them to their face he was voting them out. It’s like the opposite of Survivor strategy: instead of equivocating on an existing opportunity to maintain alliances, he committed to a hypothetical opportunity to alienate his alliance members. Potentially the dumbest thing I’ve seen anyone do on this show.October 13, 2016 at 7:45 am #1201934892
Love a good surprise but what a waste of an idol. Jessica (albeit fun to watch strategize) wasn’t worth saving. Lucy (annoying as she was) was going to be gone eventually.October 14, 2016 at 9:41 am #1201935249
That was a fun episode. Oh, Jessica. I’m shocked that she felt so sure Ken was lying to her that she went and told Lucy everything he said. Yikes, talk about poor judgment. But I actually thought it was a good strategic use of the idol, or at least it would have been if they weren’t switching tribes next week. Lucy wanting to get rid of Jessica instead of one of the people outside their alliance gave David/Ken/Cece the opportunity to flip the numbers if they could pull in Jess and Sunday. With David using the idol for Jessica, hopefully now she joins forces with those three and they take over, though with some switching happening that might not be as helpful. Still, David and Cece were pretty clear with the Millennials that they met that they would be glad to get rid of that other alliance, so maybe the Millennials plus David, Ken, Cece, and Jessica will have the advantage at one or both tribes.
Also, for all the talk of the Millennials taking shortcuts and not doing things the right way, the most millennial thing anyone did this episode was Sunday and Cece not even bothering to try to get the ring during the reward challenge, so they could just wait for the other girls to come back with it and try, unsuccessfully, to take it.October 20, 2016 at 6:52 am #1201937263
Well, that three tribe thing is back….ugh. Good news is that the tribes all look like they are going to self destruct sooner than later. CC…..not attached at all but part of me wished that David would have messed that up for them.
