Waw, I am 36 in the prediction center, what a great result, so proud!

My issue was with with the Comedy’s race since I do not watch them and I am much better when I have watched things, I must start to watch more of them.

I am still over the moon about Patricia Arquette though. One of the best wins of the night. She SLAYED in “The Act.”

The support for Veep was so shallow though, I’m still surprised that that many people clung onto it solely because they thought it would repeat. The buzz for Fleabag was too deafening to ignore

I didn’t predict Fleabag because I didn’t think it was winning supporting actress and not lead actress either for JLD, so I couldn’t see an almost full sweep. But I was wrong on the latter.

It had much heat during its first season but was completely shutout for its second (which was just as great) so I don’t see it making a comeback

I think the Emmys proved they can be disrespectful tonight. Colman is not a sure thing until the moment she actually wins.

    They weren’t disrespectful, at all.

Sandra Oh deserved to win in 2006 for Greys Anatomy and was deserving in 2007. Chandra Wilson was deserving in 2008.

Chandra Wilson would have had a great submission if she were nominated in 2010 with the episode with the gunman on the loose and she was pulled from under the bed.

I don’t understand how Comer is suddenly a huge threat to Colman just because she didn’t vote split with Oh. If anything, Aniston or Paulson are probably more likely to take the Globe over Colman than Comer

Isn’t Atlanta skipping next year’s Emmys too?

I don’t think Paulson is eligible, and Aniston is not winning drama awards for that show lmao. Good one!

Can we all agree that the announcer stole the show? I’m rewatching now. He made me lol more than a few times.

Comer literally overcame too many disadvantages over her. She had to vote split, and not just vote split with a non-factor. It’s Oh!, who is an Emmy veteran and overdue, and most likely the runner-up. Of course she should be considered!

None of you, with due respect, can deny Fleabag took away nominations from all of the Good Place actresses, save Maya Rudolph. Kristen Bell, Jameela Jamil, D’Arcy Carden, even Kirby Howell Baptiste got jobbed in the rush to genuflect at the altar of PWB. Now that Fleabag is out of the picture in 2020, maybe they’ll get the recognition they deserve.

But the damage is already done. Emmys have their worst comedy series winner ever.
