I mean, I would be happy too if she gets those nominations, but realistically what are her chances of winning a least one? Barely none, considering Carpool Karaoke and Bruce Springsteen

Chris, it would be amazing if Janet McTeer could be added for Ozark. If the acting branch goes heavy for the show this year, I could totally see her make it in and she’d be more likely for Ozark than Sorry for Your Loss.

Forgot to say this but she’s in there now, as an FYI.

I will fume to no end if she doesn’t win at least one of them. Spend your money wisely Netflix, no one cares about Ozark.

Are the Emmy ballots going to be visible for everyone to see this year? If so, when will they be available to view?

Is there any speculation on an Emmy host yet?? Since it’s on Fox, I have no idea who it’ll be.

Honeys, some obvious winners that people apparently can’t decide on: Michelle Williams IS winning the Emmy; Arquette will win in supporting instead given that no other contender actually comes close. The latter will be a double nominee so as usual they’ll be forced to give her the win in one of the two categories. Maisie Williams (coincidence rofl M. Williams) is winning Drama Supporting Actress. She so fits the bill. Lena Headey is barely nomination worthy (it’s not her fault of course) and due to that most of the voters will refuse to give her their votes so Williams will be benefited. Additionally, Maisie has only been nominated once so far for GoT but she’s been consistently one of the best actresses on the show and the fact that she scored a nod for S6 shows that the Emmys do care about her and support her and acknowledge her talent. They’ll also go full GoT mode anyways as this is the only show they care about this year so they’re gonna give Williams the farewell Emmy. As of Garner, give Maisie an accent and a baity crying scene and you’ll see Maisie actually acts circles around her. Her investment in Arya Stark has been phenomenal from start to finish, and she broke Twitter with episode 3.
HBO is winning all top prizes once again. Game of Thrones, it’s not even debatable, Veep will win Writing and Lead Actress plus it’s its final season, Chernobyl is another amazingly-made HBO masterpiece; Netflix’s OJ wannabe isn’t winning. Finally of course Deadwood movie giving the satisfying closure to the Emmy favorite series of the same name; I suspect the Emmys will want to vote for something else other than Black Mirror this time around with its not so well-received “Bandersnatch”.

When They See Us isn’t really an OJ wannabe, but whatever.
