If Big Little Lies premieres this summer, Whitherspoon will probably have two shows in contention next year.

Could be three, isn’t filming underway for the morning drama with Jennifer Anniston?

Per IMDb, Diane Lane, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Keeley Hawes and Greg Kinnear are not eligible for Guest since they all appear in at least 50% of the episodes. I also don’t know why Fiona Shaw, Kim Bodnia or Josh O’Connor would be in guest instead of supporting.

I would place Laura Linney much higher in Lead Actress than Henson, Davis, Whitaker and Baranski.

I think Jean-Baptise could qualify for guest, as she only made a very short voice appearance in one of those episodes, so I don’t think it would be hard for Amazon to convince them to put her in guest, as it really is a guest performance.

Did he just write down AHS: Hotel or is it just an illusion? Lord, help.

I’m sorry, I was tired that day, please do not fall down like a tower of bricks on me for making a small human error

They won’t nominate Sex Education and The Kominsky Method over Barry.

Well Barry doesn’t have an air date yet so I didn’t put it in. I think Sex Education gets in if Barry isn’t there.

Well for your Crown comment, Matthew Goode appeared in Guest. Hawes was a suggestion as there wasn’t any other contenders I could think of at that moment. I would not place Laura Linney higher for a show that doesn’t have an air date yet and probably won’t make the deadline over past nominees and emmy faves Baranski, (past winner) Davis and Henson. Whittaker was an alternative suggestion which is why if you can read she is in the ALTERNATIVE section.

They won’t nominate Sex Education and The Kominsky Method over Barry.

Apologies again, as I explained earlier, I was very tired when I wrote this and I said Will and Grace was on Netflix, please forgive me again for human error

Laura Linney is eligible for Ozark season 2 at the next Emmys.

Matthew Goode was in guest because he appeared in less than half of the episodes of that season.

Levi was in 6 of 10 episodes of Maisel so he won’t be eligible for guest.

Lord help us all if Anna Chlumsky gets nominated for doing nothing and wins because of the popularity of Veep. She has only had one submission that was worthy of a win.

Jenifer Lewis from black-ish deserves to get nominated and she has the submission to win with the episode “Black Like Us”

Is Kimmy Schmidt eligible this year? The final episodes (which just dropped) are the second half of Season 4, the first half dropped last May and was nominated.

If anyone is watching Crazy-Ex Girlfriend, they wouldve saw the genre breaking Devil Wears Prada homage that aired this week. One of the best TV episodes I’ve seen in a while.

I will definitely be voting for it when it’s time to vote for Goldderby awards.

I haven’t been keeping up this season but this is not surprising considering Aline Brosh McKenna, the co-creator, wrote The Devil Wears Prada!

It’s a shame CEG didn’t go straight to Netflix. It would have been much bigger and the Emmys would give a shit about it. No one cares about CW, I’d rather have no show than be on CW.
