    Essentially the voting system is as follows: The entire BAFTA membership vote first, whittling down each category to a top six. Then each category is given a panel which decides the final four nominees. Then each category gets a different panel which decides the winners. Both panel stages definitively use episode submissions for judging. The first stage is also supposed to use them but like the Emmys they are just uploaded to a viewing platform with no actual need to base your vote off them.

    EDIT: Also, first stage voting sees members select a top six for each category. It is not an unlimited ballot.

    The popular vote love for Love Island in the UK seems to be fading since the incident earlier this year,

    If it was something involve Maura that got nominated I think it would have a chance considering she was the star of season 5.
