I tell you what (sounding like Hank Hill here!), it’ll be like eenie meenie miney mo if we’re predicting an actress from Talking Heads to make the cut.
Sarah Lancashire and Monica Dolan have an advantage given that their monologues are new compared to everyone else’s. However, the other actresses (including Imelda Staunton, Jodie Comer and Lesley Manville) have also received strong praise for their own take on the original works.

I have her in Lead for now but I will say never to doubt her with her placement at the BAFTAs. After all she went Lead for Bodyguard.
If she goes Supporting I can easily see her doing what she did last year and get two noms again.
