“Anne Hathanobody.” (Not after next February!)

The joke was that she married a “nobody” so you can’t create a combo name for the 2 of them. [/quote]

    Ummm, okay then.

Steve Buscemi’s disguise as teacher Jan Foster looked oddly natural on him.  I loved all the guest stars, and I always enjoy seeing Jack with rivals Devon Banks and Kaylie Hooper, so having both of them together was a lot of fun.  Octavia Spencer was great, too.  Mizz and Dotgov!  It certainly feels like things are winding down, but they’re still putting out really good episodes.

Lots of good parts to this episode, but with Robert Carlock as one of the episode writers, I was expecting more laugh-out-loud moments. Like Liz on hormone injections could have been Emmy tape level for Tina Fey, but it didn’t quite get there. Most of the episode focused on the continued Jack/Devon wars, which are always episode highlights for me, and this time coming to the conclusion that this was going to be the last one (sadness). It’s crazy how much Chloe Grace Moretz has grown lately, and she’s such a great fit here again as Haylie. Jenna as Haylie’s hanger-on was fun too. And it took Oscar winner Octavia Spencer to finally elevate a Tracy storyline to something worthwile. Spencer as the female version of Tracy Jordan was priceless. Mizz and DotGov? So good. I love these heghtened versions of real-life personas. It’s a nice reminder of Spencer’s television roots. Nice to see Megan Mullally show up here briefly, and the image of Steve Buscemi in drag is scarred on my brain forever. Thanks a lot, “30 Rock.” Funny last scene for Chris Parnell too. It’s all coming to an end! Sniff, snfff.

Guest star overload! And Buscemi stole the show. HIGHLARIOUS!
Will Arnett and Chloe Moretz have been better before, but their scenes together with Baldwin were great nonetheless.

I loved this episode.  Oh, it made me so sad to realize this was the last of the Jack vs. Devon episodes.  Loved Will Arnett in the episode.  The jokes in this episode were tremendous!  I loved the density.  I wish I could quote every single line Will Arnett had.

And Steve Buscemi!  Steve Buscemi in drag!  LOL. Hilarious!  Also, I loved the confrontation scene with Jenna being Kaylie’s follower.

Ah, I’ll miss seeing Alec Baldwin in this role.

    Episode Title: “Florida”

Synopsis: Jack and Liz head down to Florida to deal with Colleen’s estate, only to unearth a stunning discovery about her in the process; Tracy and Jenna supervise the “TGS” staff in their absence to disastrous results, especially for Kenneth.

Yeah last week’s episode was filled with guest stars but they all did their thing. I’ve really come to dislike Chloe Moretz, but in this particular role she does a nice job. Arnett and Buscemi earned their Emmy nods, which is great for Buscemi who got a really undeserved one for this role once.

A lot of good moments and a lot of sad moments like the end of Leo Spaceman.

Octavia Spencer as sort of herself could’ve been done better, specially after she called for Mizz and Dotgov, that was just insanely perfect.

We’re getting closer and it’s getting sad….so so sad.

This was a decent episode. Some great oneliners and obviously moved towards the conclusion even more (it would make sense that TGS would end too with the end of 30 Rock). I felt like they hit the “Jack and Liz romance” stuff too much on the head here. The whole bedroom scene was too long. A couple oneliners acknowledging how much there’s been so much speculation about whether or not they would get together would have been sufficient. It went on too long. It was kinda weird that they never acknowledged that Liz is now MARRIED.

I’m surprised Martha wasn’t played by a high-profile guest star.

Yeah, this episode didn’t make me laugh as much as the others. But I thought it was still a nice story…and that ending was heartbreaking.

Yeah, I’m also surprised Martha wasn’t played by someone famous (or am I missing something?) I certainly don’t think they did the wrong thing though. Looking back, some of the best guest roles have been by people who aren’t very famous (like the lady who played Jack’s Jamaican babysitter…although I think that actress won a Tony for Doubt but still…)

I thought it was cool that they addressed the Liz/Jack thing in that bedroom scene, even though that never really seemed like a natural direction for things to go.  I thought the episode was good overall.  The story with Jack and Liz in Florida had a few moments that had me howling with laughter.  I loved that whole story.  Tracy and Jenna being in charge at TGS was pretty good, especially their random decision to buy three million oranges.  But yes, a lot of progress with Liz agreeing to adopt two kids and TGS getting cancelled!
