With Jennifer Aniston possibly winning her second Emmy and possibly becoming the first leading actress to achieve the feat of winning a comedy then drama Emmy I was wondering which other performers have achieved a similar rare feat?
The only ones I can think of off the top of my head are Merritt Wever (who technically doesn’t count because her second Emmy was a Limited series one) and Edie Falco.

I guess yes but what I mean was more for different roles (i.e. Edie Falco)

Michael J Fox and Alan Alda have achieved that actually; both won multiple times on the comedy side first and then won one Emmy on the drama side.
Others who won drama and comedy Emmys (not counting Limited Series/TV Movies): Cloris Leachman, John Lithgow, Doris Roberts.

I meant first actress and first Lead but I’ll adjust my comment to make it clearer.
What did Fox and Alda win for on the Drama side and were they in Lead categories?
