But of the women left
Coon , Davis , Foy, Moss and Wright have all done amazing work in some of the best shows on tv.. Some wright and Davis had bad material a lot of the time and its unfortunate that their talents get wasted. Moss , Coon and Foy never had a bad moment.
Maslany would get second place for me , simply because of the wide range of work she did on that show , I lost interest in the show and didn’t watch the finale season , but she still acted circles around herself and it was amazing.
The winner for me is Keri Russell… The amount of heavy lifting she did during this series was astounding . she was the MVP of the series and created one of the best characters on tv ever.

Danes is so underrated on GD. She’s still win-worthy in Homeland.

Maybe because the quality of her show isn’t up to par either.

Yet Moss is still at zero in the poll.

You need to get round to watching The Americans.

Best International Feature: Instinct (The Netherlands)
Best Actress: Carice van Houten (Instinct)July 8, 2019 at 6:47 pm #1202966825This list doesn’t include people who were nominated this decade (and excludes some people actually won)! E.g., Kyra Sedgwick won in this decade. Glenn Close was also nominated for “Damages” twice in this decade, too. And sure, series, like “Harry’s Law” were forgettable, but Kathy Bates was pretty dang good in it (not that she’d make my top 10).
I’m just going off strictly people who were nominated:
