Has any show won the Big Five (series, lead actress, lead actor, directing and writing) at the Emmys in the same year?

Not this century. Homeland and The Handmaid’s Tale did win 4 of those though for their first seasons.
P.S. I was talking about Dramas.
Edit : Just checked, Hill Street Blues (for S1) is the only drama series to ever win the big five.

The Americans and The Leftovers should have.

Hill Street Blues did it in 1981 (when Barbara Babcock competed in the the lead category for her guest role). The Dick Van Dyke Show did it in 1964 and All in the Family did it in 1972 and 1978. And Holocaust in 1978 and Olive Kitteridge in 2015 also did it in longform.
