Late to the party, but oh my god, everything about “Tell-Tale Hearts” was just utterly brilliant. If Kidman keeps it up, she’s winning again. But Witherspoon, Woodley, Dern (!!), Streep, and Kravitz are all killing it. The Emmys will be a bloodbath next year. The actress who played Bonnie’s mother was excellent, too. And Iain Armitage does not get enough credit for the range he displays, my God.

That final scene was beautiful, with that music. I cried when Ziggy, Max and Josh united as family.

We’re just on episode 2 and this is already some of the best TV of the year, if not THE best.

Iain Armitage is so good on this show that it almost neagtes my utter loathing I have toward him because of “Young Sheldon,” where he is absolutely insufferable.

Iain Armitage is great, I’m really looking forward to him getting older and seeing what he does with his career. The girl playing Chloe (is that her name?) is good too, I could see her turning out to be a great actress when she’s older as well.

This season is already brilliant two episodes in… It will be fascinating to see which of the actresses (and actors) get nominations for the various awards races. I feel like it will go like this:

    Globes
    Actress: Kidman and Witherspoon (winner)
Sup Actress: Streep (winner) and Dern

    Critics Choice:
    Actress: Kidman and Witherspoon
Sup Actress: Streep (winner), Dern, Kravitz
    Sup Actor: Adam Scott
    Guest: Tony Pinkins

    SAG:
Actress: Kidman, Streep (winner), Witherspoon, Dern
(honestly, I feel like all four may get in to compete with Elizabeth Moss and Sandra Oh)
    Ensemble

Shailene Woodley is the best right there with Streep in Supporting Actress in my opinion. She was absolutely devastating in the second episode.

    Crystal Fox.

She’d make a good guest contender if her episode count stays low.

So, how many of the main cast are people thinking will get in for Emmys next year? I would have a hard time seeing any one of Kidman, Witherspoon, Streep, or Dern missing.

She (Fox) said in an interview on BLL premiere carpet that she’s in 6 episodes (meaning since she didn’t appear in the premiere, she’ll be appearing in all 5 remaining episodes of the season), so she’s not eligible for guest.

Ok I finally watched Tell Tale Hearts and I’m blown away. Everyone had great material and completely killed it.

    Grade : A+

MVP: Ima say Dern but as I said, everyone was incredible.

I think Kidman, Witherspoon, Streep, Woodley and Dern are all going to get nominated next year at the Emmys

I don’t know if Kravitz can get nominated as well but I think she’ll be at least top 10, top 12

Yeah, I think the optics would be really bad if she were the only main cast member left out but I am sort of feeling that way at the moment.

It would be pretty incredible for one series to have 6/12 female acting spots. I think that would be unprecedented.

While not as great as last week, this episode was very good. This was definitely another week where everyone was great but for me Reese was the MVP followed closely by Laura. Nice to see the Principal story line, I wondered about him.
