I wonder if Alexander Skarsgard does anything awards-worthy so he gets nominated for Guest Actor, if he returns.

how would he return … as a ghost that lives in Nicoles house and gives her sassy advice before she takes the kids to school ?

Gross.  I do not want to see Celeste continue to be plagued by that character.

Ummm PTSD? Her husband/abuser died in front of her, of course she’s going to be affected by him and/or have flashbacks. It would be incredibly unrealistic if Celeste experienced all that and came out unscathed.

Not to mention this show has been heavy on raising awareness, so it’s not that surprising that they’re bringing him back. They’re probably going to focus a lot on her recovery in order to shed a light on the effects of PTSD.

If it weren’t for all the awards thrown at him, I doubt they would even try to address PTSD or whatever they’re trying to do with his character.

I’m so worried S2 will be trash and we’ll all pretend it never happened.

Though, I think this could be a mess, I still have faith in it just because of everyone who’s involved. I’ll probably have fun watching it regardless.

Perry flashbacks seem totally appropriate and expected, TBH.

Father gawd, but I agree. So I guess we can expect the return of the therapist too.

I’m not complaining. Robin Weigert was the unsung hero of the first season.
