Predicting The Great, Better Things and Insecure in series without all their respective female leads feels so wrong. Maybe Dead to Me isn’t double nominated.

I think Issa Rae and Elle Fanning are getting in. I am still hesitant about predicting Better Things and Pamela Adlon but maybe I’ll be wrong (I’ll have to remove Cardilleni then though because there’s no way Applegate, Brosnahan or O’Hara are missing).

FYC Emmys : THE MARVELOUS MRS. MAISEL, SUCCESSION AND THE CROWN IN ALL CATEGORIES. Tony Shalhoub ("Maisel"), Cate Blanchett ("Mrs. America"), Matthew Macfadyen, Jeremy Strong, Sarah Snook ("Succession"), Tracey Ullman ("Mrs. America") and Louis Gossett Jr. ("Watchmen")

Well maybe you shouldn’t predict either.

It does, but it’s not without precedent, as Ellie Kemper missed for the first season of Kimmy Schmidt. Making that even weirder was how she got in the next two years for weaker seasons.

Also GLOW season one which got into series without Brie.

I already had it getting shut out, this just cements it.

The show reminds me of Vinyl, and that’s very much not a good thing. A series that had so much going for it both on and off camera, and yet it just flopped.

There has been a big Schitts Creek FYC ad on the forums today for me that is spotlighting Murphy. God, I really hope she can win it. I like Borstein, but I’m bored.

Lol at the user who was predicting four nominations for it the other day.

I hope the delulus who were still predicting Run and Wever are finally going to drop them. The show was obviously tanking for months and HBO knows it.

Same here. Her winning should definitely happen. Like you, I am sick of seeing Borstein win. Murphy would be an excellent choice.
