Dears Cherry should stop submitting herself at this point. How many undeserving wins does she want?

    This one was deserving!

    Just Stop. You’re embarrassing yourself

Okay. I don’t have the energy to fight Zendaya fans anyway. But this nom and maybe win will always be funny to me.

Amazing how RuPaul fit all of that into 30 seconds. Oh, wait…
(Gee, What a Surprise: the “name” categories apparently get 90.)

Apparently, Cherry Jones got the memo; her speech was only 30 seconds.

I knew Cicely wasn’t happening (unfortunately). It was obvious she was a name check from the moment Viola didn’t get in. Cherry Jones was quite good but Alexis shouldve won (out of the nominees). I missed Jane so much there…she shouldve won.

Just realized that Ozark won none of its craft nominations… how bad of a sign is that exactly?

    boring white repeat.

I swear if it was a repeat for The Handmaid’s Tale you’d literally be praising her…

FYC OSCARS : VANESSA KIRBY FOR "PIECES OF A WOMAN", GLENN CLOSE FOR "HILLBILLY ELEGY", ANTHONY HOPKINS FOR "THE FATHER", CHADWICK BOSEMAN FOR "MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM", PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN (BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY).

Cherry Jones is probably a name check at this point.

If you think she was undeserving, I would love to hear who you think was. She was incredible.

Now last year is another story.

    Alexis Bledel’s performance > Jones’.

Well it lost all of its craft nominations last time but won S. Actress and Directing so this doesn’t necessarily mean it’s getting shut out. However it being the second most nominated Drama from crafts and getting shut out at the creative arts means it’s over in Series (in terms of the win this year).

FYC OSCARS : VANESSA KIRBY FOR "PIECES OF A WOMAN", GLENN CLOSE FOR "HILLBILLY ELEGY", ANTHONY HOPKINS FOR "THE FATHER", CHADWICK BOSEMAN FOR "MA RAINEY'S BLACK BOTTOM", PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN (BEST ORIGINAL SCREENPLAY).

I only had Ozark in for Sound. Not surprised. It is not the kind of show that usually wins crafts. Linney is the only one I’m predicting to win tomorrow and even then might bump Zendaya up on my predictions

“Oh horse potatoes you work for Rhea Jarrel”

Yay I’m so happy for Cherry. I love Cecily to bits and she should have won over Margo Martindale in 2015 but she barely did anything special in the final season.
